Sorry, that you didn’t read our plugin description or you didn’t understood the plugin description. As we have clearly mentioned in our plugin FAQ’s for the third party services. Also the service is free, but if you exceed it more than 120 lookups every minute, then you may have to purchase the additional packages of third party service.
If you still need the refund, then kindly submit your request from your codecanyon account, we will look into it and provide you the refund.

The age restriction for country-specific works based on end user’s Ip address location. so it can be possible that your server doesn’t enable default server config to get the end user Ip details.
So, It is better to provide us your website credentials so, we can check and provide proper solution for that,

Hello, To precise, I bought the 12 months premium SSL license for Geoplugin and i’ve inserted my API key. But when i enter my date of birth and click on ok, i am automatically returned to the same screen (age verification) with “Page not found” in the title…... Thanks for your help

The issue that you are facing may be due to the redirect page not been set properly. Can you please double check if the redirect page is been set properly. Also, check if any errors are been received in the browser console.

Just for our information have you gone through the below steps mentioned?
1. Go to Geoplugin SSL API Key Settings. Obtain the key. 2. Insert API Key for SSL functionality in the Geoplugin SSL API Key settings screen.
Please add specific API key, if wrong API Key used, then Wp Age verifier will not work according to the location detection.

Currently there is no provision to redirect the user on success click, but if you need we can add this feature to it and provide you.
Our plugin has the facility to restrict the page content and when once verified, the user will be able to see the page content and he is not been redirected to the other page. But in your case you are willing to redirect the user to other page. So, if you intend to have the page wise restriction, then every time it will take you the redirect page that you have added.

Yes, it will work for the WooCommerce Products/Categories. It will depend upon the settings set in the Plugin.
If you set to restrict all the pages then it will be applied to all the pages including the Categories and Products.
But it you opt for “Selected Content”, then you need to select the pages and products that need to be restricted. In this case it will not work for the Product categories.
