FYI!
We do not work on the holidays, our working hours are from 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM (+5GMT) Monday to Friday. This is also mentioned on our support page.
Support members have replied to your support ticket please communicate with them via the support portal and they can take care of the issue for you.
In the meantime will it be possible for you to remove this bad rating till the support can take care of the issue for you? If the support is unable to resolve the issue for you, you have a full right to post a review.

Initially, I encountered some issues with this plugin as it didn't work as expected. However, I must commend the exceptional customer support I received. The support team was prompt and went the extra mile to assist me in customizing the code to ensure the plugin functioned correctly.

If you want to save your time, just don't buy this. Customer support respond when they have time. The plugin didn't worked from the first second when I bought. Also.... if you are lucky maybe scrape 1 website from 10 otherwise.. My suggestion.. remove this piece from CodeCanyon.

Regarding the plugin working, Also let us know which site you are trying to scrape? Maybe you are scraping a JS site or a custom site.
If you are scraping a JS site then our plugin would not work for you as we clearly mentioned in the plugin description that this plugin cannot scrape the JS sites.
If you are scraping a custom site, then there is a different procedure for scraping the custom sites.
So please cooperate with the support team, and they can take care of the issues for you.

I recently installed the WordPress & WooCommerce Scraper Plugin on my site, and I have been extremely impressed with its performance. The plugin is easy to use and allows me to quickly and easily extract data from any website.
Overall, I highly recommend the plugin to anyone in need of a powerful and user-friendly scraping tool.

The plugin was having minor problems at first when I installed, but the support team is extremely nice on checking and fixing.
Now it is running smooth on my site! Thanks!
I installed the plugin and pasted a eligible link in link box and selected product option and clicked on fetch and it did not fetched any product.
when I fetched the link I got output "undefined".
This plugin does only one job and for that there are no specific required mentioned by Author which I may have not followed.
But still this plugin is not doing the work that it is supposed to do.
