Where can I change the output of the posts in the bookmarks page? Now it shows a thumbnail, URL and title, but I want to add some other things (based on post ID).
You need to modify the print_bookmarks() api function in api.php file

i.e I’m hoping to use it alongside matt gates’s product vendors plugin to create an e-bay style “watched item” type thing.

Yes, bookmarks will work on any custom post types you define (I already use them for forum topics)

If you do not want automatic bookmark after post content, you can use the shortcode [userpro_bookmark] in the place you want in your post.

FYI
I have notice that the userpro bookmarks is conflict with uber menu sticky. (the menu is not sticky when scroll down)
I have tested and found out is userpro-bookmarks.js causing this. (those 2 css file is no problem)
When i disabled load the userpro-bookmarks.js in the head then the menu sticky is ok 
Noted: if i put the userpro-bookmarks.js into the footer then the sticky is ok too

Hey I love it! I am having one problem though. I added the bookmark code via php and its working fine. When I went to add [userpro_bookmarks] it just shows up [userpro_bookmarks] and the shortcode is not showing anything.

Pre-Sale question: Can the user bookmark any post type as long as the widget or shortcode is on the page? I have a resources post type (created/translated from my theme’s portfolio post type) and would want to make sure it would work with that.

just a thought triggered by the post above , would it be possible or even considered to add a “public” bookmarks category for users and sometime in future show these via the users profile page,
similar to the facebook likes pages blocks

public may have been the wrong word to choose
more site member viewable may suit more buyers
i was thinking along the lines of encouraging site participation by being able to share your favourite pages via a profile block
the bookmarks are a brilliant way to find your own liked pages but what if a user follows or even has friends on the site something similar may allow users to see some of their friends favourites

This is an awesome feature, I didn’t think about adding because bookmarks are private (for logged in users) If you wish to see that feature, please request it in the forum

1) Do I have to buy your other plugin to make this plugin work?
2) When users login they go to the main dashboard backend (their own dashboard) so they have their own bookmak?
3) Does the book mark allow users to book mark external links?
4) If the bookmarked link is broken will this let the user know?

1) Yes, this plugin requires UserPro because it uses the API of it to process the shortcodes.
2)No , their collections/bookmarks are a shortcode [userpro_bookmarks] which you have to put on a page as i did it here http://vivaplugins.com/userpro/mybookmarks/ now if users logged in they can see and manage their bookmarks
3) No.
4) Yes, if the post is deleted it will let them know link is dead

[userpro_bookmark] is working fine…having trouble with the management of ‘bookmarked’ assets from profile page.
Using a ‘Text’ widget in a custom sidebar for profile pages, i want to display the bookmarks (not the widget/ability to bookmark new content) of previously bookmarked content.
