Hi, this plugin doesnt seem to be responsive? In my case it doesnt look that way, but perhaps you have an easy fix for this?

On tablet / Android 4.1.2, when i test this website with Firefox or Chrome, the slider is not displayed. If I disable SSplayer, the slider appears. I conclude that there is a conflict between the two? I have conducted tests on iOS and everything is OK however

Hi there.
After installing the plugin, i have not seen any option or instructions of how to use it on different pages and post… It seems all the songs i have uploaded has only appeared in the same player and only one type of shortcode (ss_shortcode) is available from what i can see.
I bought the plugin because of the promise of an audio player with possibilities of a playlist added when needed. I want the player on different pages and with different songs just like most audio players…not just a player with same playlist whenever i place the shortcode in a page.
please tell me it is possible somehow and that i am mistaken to have paid for this premium product..

Well, i am certain the message is not clear enough about the audio player and the ability to be displayed on different pages with different playlist. I would suggest that you make that specifically clear so as to avoid false hopes. I would have avoided this if the message has been pointed out because i only paid for the product because i need a player that can display on every page with a shortcode and with specific playlist, not generic.
I must say, i do like the build and your work is admirable but at this junction it has not satisfied me at all as it does not meet my needs. I understand from your message that you want to get an update soon to fix that problem but i cannot wait for that time because i bought the product to fix a current problem.
I do not know what you can do in this respect in terms of trying to sort that out now, but if you really can’t do anything anytime from now, i would like to opt for another product and i would need a refund in that case.
