Hi, is it possible to request a refund ? I bought your plugin for acf export, but it just doesn’t work. I have custom fields in my post categories, and I can’t export them. It exports everything else (even yoast settings) but not the ACF. Therefore, it’s not working as advertised… Thank you

Puh, I must say that if the demo is full of bug (besides that 0 orders or products exist and the user has to create them) that all make me wonder why you think this should be worth more then 10 bucks? Just look what your plugin does if an order has more then TWO items
A complete mess happens. It is impossible to export orders with more then 1 item as the table does not recognize it. The title for second sku or product name is missing so the second items meta is in quantity or whatever table title is next to it. I’m really stunned that no one mentioned this here. And even more of the price if such basic is not working. I’m sorry being harsh here but spending so much time with the demo as it is completely empty to find out that such basic function is not working is irritating at its best and wast of time at its worst.

It sometime happen when user mistakenly map wrong fields in import step 4 or step 5. We are already working on it and user friendly UI. You will see in next update.

I have a file on dropbox that is updated with new posts every few minutes. When I tested out the scheduled import functionality using dropbox, the plugin just imports the original file every time (presumably from the saved copy that it made in the plugins folder) rather than importing the new file with the new posts in it. How do you set up scheduled importing so that the new file is imported every time? Thank you.

This product is not at good as wp-all import and export. It does not map custom fields, making importing laborious. I am throwing it out. Had I known this, I would never have bought it. I’d like a refund.

This is not an option for me. It require php zip extension, not available with my hosting. Just a refund pleas.e

Bug : Was importing Stock Numbers (Woocommerce)—but its not accurate.
All showed ZERO when the csv / xls file’s items has the stock numbers…

I have left email messages for you twice.
2nd time, it was during the “import of a csv file, was not inventory/stock related at all ”....—that time I was running for TP-link brand products for Rank Math SEO data.
Stock become zero and became out of stock (Template did not set anything in relation to Stock—and the new templates are based on old Templates that work)
—Last time when using those templates, they work without affecting the Stock numbers.
I cannot wait anymore, I will finish up Tp-link products and move on. Please reply soonest. It seems something is wrong at the backend algorithm?

I have installed the import and export plugin I am facing issue with your plugin.
While creating a new export template and save template, it shows error “Failed to save settings to database” error is generated. export process has been failed.
And while creating a new import process, csv file import process have been success, but file configuration failed to genrates error “Data Not Found”
I have attachment import_process.png and exportprocess.png please check and let me know how can I resolve this error.

Somehow database tables not created.
Just follow my simple instruction to fix errors.
1) Go to YOUR_SITE => WP Import Export => Settings => Advanced options => Delete All Data on plugin uninstall => check it and save it
2) uninstall plugin
3) reinstall plugin

If your images are downloadable from google drive then it will automatically imports all images from google drive
