I asked for a refund since the plugin did not work as advertised with images on a standard website to be scraped.
So I contacted the author support, which turned out to be a long and discouraging process. I provided all the necessary credentials and the link to the affected website to investigate the issue with the plugin, but in the end no working solution could be offered.
I decided to ask for a refund, but the author refused and seems to be prolonging the process even more without providing a solution.
For me, this process has now come to an end, which leads me to say that I can't recommend buying this plugin. Poor support and does not work as advertised.
