We are using your plugin since long time. It was working good till now.
Recently we encountered a problem mentioned below.
When the form is subitted the PDF created has name “rtwwcfp_pdf” It don’t have the ”.pdf” extension. Which is why the user cannot open this file. When the user downloads it and try to open, the system says that “Unknown file and cannot be opened”.
Please look into this issue and let us know the solution.

Hi, I bought this plugin because 2 years ago you responded in the comments section that the plugin is compatible with Conditional Fields PRO plugin. How can I make it work? In the pdf it displays the closing shordcode of conditional fields [/name-of-fields-group] and also the text of all the fields of every condionion, ignoring the choosen conditions. How can I fix this? Without this function the plugin is useless for me. Regards

After two days of learning the plugin, it appears to be good.
The problem stated in the email is still unresolved and your technical team’s demand of us setting up a test environment for you to test is inappropriate. It is your team that should test the malfunctioning at your end and fix it.
Am rewriting the problem faced here for the benefit of others:
All text (with HTML formatting honored) that appears between the [acceptance]....[/acceptance] tag (It is a valid CF7 tag) should be printed in the PDF. Instead, it prints “1”.
Your ticketing system does not allow the users to track the ticket and the user has to wait for the email to arrive. This is very inconvenient.
Another question is about how to disable the PDF button after form submission and also not sending the PDF as attachment.
Simply put, how to disable PDF generation for a specific form. The form should be emailed as usual.
Please solve the above two problems ASAP as I’m unable to deliver the solution.

Hello, With your communication method, I figure out that yours appears to be a very unprofessional team.
I see no reason why this particular product of yours cannot be tested at your end with the given feedback.
I have already shared the testing website and the credentials. (Never done for anybody. The developer themselves create the test environment based on my feedback)
Now you say that you also want the FTP details for whatever reason you might have.
Here, I see two possibilities:
a) You had the entire test site with you. You could have simply replicated that at your end and fixed the problem.
b) You could have asked for the FTP details along with the test site credentials.
I see this as gross negligence on your part in providing a solution in the shortest time.

After exchange of nearly 35 emails over the past week, the plugin has now been made to work as claimed and advertised.
Several hours of testing at my end and step-by-step guidance to check mistakes has resulted into a product that will be of use to many.
I’ve been requesting the developers to upload the final version since last two days and it seems they’re not keen on doing so. They tell me to download the plugin from the test site and upload it on my working site. This is no customization. So I’m waiting for them to upload it on codecanyon.com from where I will download.
So, here I’m, after a week and more with nothing to work on.

1) There were basic functionality problems in your product and it did not work as advertised. a) The download button did not work as advertised. b) The HTML formatting of the email was scrapped by your code which is not mentioned in your feature list and hence is treated as a problem.
2) In reply to my complaint, you fixed the functionality to make the product as advertised and it was not about customizing the product to suit my requirements.
3) If you now want me to copy the plugin from the test site to the functional site, I have questions about the update/upgrade of the same from the WP repository for the so called “customization”.
In fact, my feedback and hours of testing your product (without any credits or payment) has helped you and other users to have a better product with functionality which should actually be as claimed by you.
In my opinion, it is now that your product is more stable and provides the exact functionality as advertised.
Again, request you to upload your final version here on CodeCanyon and in the WP repository for the benefit of your clients.
Request Team CodeCanyon to look into this ASAP and arrange for the final upload.
If that is not the case, please arrange for a full refund.
