We regret the inconvenience caused.
We have sent many time request to "Would you please share temporary WordPress Primary site admin only and Secondary sites admin with FTP credential’s with us so that we can configure it." but you did not shared. Without this how we can help you.
If you fetch the “Authentication failure.” error or not sync users, 1) Would you please set “Settings” -> “Permalinks” -> “Custom Structure”. Like “Post name” option. 2) add “RewriteRule .* – [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%{HTTP:Authorization}]” line in secondary sites .htaccess file.

Feature Request: Option to specify custom meta to be synced as well. This would help with membership plugins or other potential plugins where data being synced is useful.
