Can I convert a new order from WooCommerce into an invoice using this plugin? Or does it only sync my contacts?
This module does exactly what is described in the “Item Details” tab on the same sales page where you’re commenting now.
In future updates, we’ll consider adding additional functionality, and one of the potential enhancements could include converting WooCommerce orders into invoices.
Hello, Is it possible to implement real-time order synchronization from WooCommerce to Perfex CRM using a webhook or hook, instead of relying on Perfex CRM’s cron job? I would like orders to be sent automatically via API/endpoint and appear immediately in Perfex CRM as soon as they are created in WooCommerce. This would ensure instant updates for orders, customers, and products without waiting for scheduled cron jobs.

Can this fetch all leads in perfex crm and bring them to wordpress as users or any other data, I need a way to fetech my Perfex CRM leads to wordpress.

1. if we understood correctly, the WordFex module + API module from Perfex can synchronise the clients/contacts with Wordpress users from direction -> Wordpress. Is that correct?
2. does this also mean that you then take over the passwords from Perfex?
The reason: In Wordpress we have an LMS system for the onboarding of clients and would like to save ourselves the double work of logins. WordFex would of course save us the work so that we don’t have to constantly keep an eye on the APIs

WordPress uses MD5 hashed passwords – which cannot be decrypted and even if they would, that would be a security issue.

Thats a feature not inside the scope of this plugin.
does it work the other way around? I mean, when my staff add a new lead on Perfex, can this be sent to Wordpress so they have an account on the Wordpress website?
You can use REST API for Perfex CRM to communicate data from and to Perfex CRM.

This plugin synchronizes the default data of a WordPress user (First name/Last Name/Email/Website), as clearly stated in its description.
You can obviously add more fields in this sync process, however, this has to be done using custom development.

Hello! I understand that the price to have this feature for my Perfex is the price of this product + your rest api module, so the total cost of this setup is $39 + $59 = $98. Ofc, by purchasing rest api, I suppose I can create more automations for my Perfex.
My vital pre-purchase question: Can I use this setup with wordpress multisite? I have a network of 14 sub-sites and each website redirects the user to one main site to register and login ( id.mysite.com). They all register there and after that I use some plugins and custom functions to share the users and give them roles for each of the sub-sites from the network.
I need to know if your modules will work with this simple wordpress multisite setup.

I have a question. If my Wordpress customers wants to login in Perfex system, can they login with same password created in Wordpress?
Upon users sync, they will be asked to set a password (Send SET Password action) from Perfex CRM.
WordPress users table passwords are MD5 encrypted – we cannot replicate them for security reasons.
Can you create a module for single sign on? The need: If I am logged in to CRM and need to log in to an external WordPress website, then this should happen automatically when I click on an associated link in CRM.

Please develop this plugin further, since the purchase of this plugin is connected to another one, it is relatively expensive for “only” to transfer the wp users almost blindly. a consideration of the user role, or password syncronostations etc. would actually be what the plugin should deliver here by default. but it is very primitive. Please expand it.

Its Perfex which uses an encrypted password and making the use of the same password imposaible, not us. Your rating and your comment are simply unfair, but if your point here is to get a refund for this product, kindly go ahead and open this refund request.

my point is not to get a refund. i like to have a plugin that really sycronize the users data, such as role and any other data of the user. i don’t think that it is impossible to sync wp-passord as other addons do. can you make it possible to have at least all user data sync maybe with a mapping to the right fields in perfex?

I am sorry but we do not provide product updates that affect all purchasers, based on one’s specific custom requirements. It sounds like a refund request for this product would be a better idea, in case you understood after-purchase that what this plugin offers and is mentioned at its salespage, is not enough for your needs.
