1. The plugin should not use the get_id() function (main.php line: 565, 567, 810, 812) to pass the id into the xero as reference. There’s a get_order_number() in WC_Order class which return the hooked order number and order id by default.
For instance some plugins will replace this order number but you cannot get the modified order number as a reference to xero if using order_id() function.
2. It’s better to remove “xero_extendons” prefix by default. This is annoying.
3. It’s better to have a global xero code in the settings page not by default as 200.
4. It’s better to have a debug checkbox to return the error from xero response. There is a parameter summarizeErrors=false added in to the url /api.xro/2.0/Invoices?summarizeErrors=false always return 200 which means I cannot debug at the start. I needs to contact xero to get the error code which is really inefficiency.
Currently I manually modified the code and removed prefix.

Hello, you say the plugin pulls through the shipping address but this is incorrect seems to only pull through the Billing address is there away to get the shipping to appear on the Xero invoices?

We have checked this and there only mentioned the shipping and this is for the shipping method, that does not mean that it is for the shipping address.

After changing the host, have you changed the callback URL in xero integration app? If you’re not then you must update accordingly, and you will found the callback URL in the configuration of our plugin and after that you can try to make the connection again and then check.

I will let you know that our plugin is set Invoice # like FMM1234 where FMM is prefix and you can set this from configuration of our plugin and 1234 is the woocommerce order id and this is set as Reference in xero account.

I have recently purchased the Official Woocommerce Xero plugin. However I have found that it only works when an order is placed via the normal checkout stage. If however we input a phone order, invoices are not automatically sent to Xero (Woocommerce Support) have confirmed this is correct functionality.
Can you confirm with your plugin, it with automatically export invoices, even when we manually create an order in the backend?

Recent WordPress upgrade having some problem with your plugin. It broke the entire WP Admin dashboard layout. Screen Options and Help button at top is not working.
I found in the DOM it is throwing one issues:
bootstrap.min.js?ver=5.0.0:6 Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3 at bootstrap.min.js?ver=5.0.0:6 at bootstrap.min.js?ver=5.0.

You can synchronize the products manually.
what a stupid reply… you can also synchronize the invoices manually as well as the customer data. Obviously we do not want to do this.
The whole point of your plugin is to synchronize xero and automate the tasks.
All the other xero plugins have inventory support : xeroom , woocommerce.com xero, etc
Our plufin doesn’t support automatic inventory

Hi, I just purchased the plugin hoping it will fix our issue of connecting to Xero. However, there is no option to set default accounts like in the original Xero plugin from WooCommerce. New invoices are now mapped to the wrong account in Xero, which makes it useless for us. Is there a way to change which account invoices are allocated to?

You have to integrate your Xero account with your woocomemrce site/account manually it cannot be automatically integrate into your woocommerce.

Integrating the plugin with Xero isn’t the issue, sorry if I wasn’t clear with the description of the problem. When the invoice is pushed into Xero, it is automatically coded to the wrong account (in my case ‘Advertising’) when there should be an option to specify where website sales are coded to. The plugin screenshot on your sales page clearly shows that option, but it doesn’t exist in the new version of the plugin. Hence, I would appreciate your cooperation in issuing a refund. Thank you.
