Hi if I am doing a manual order for a customer will this still calculate their tax correctly? I set up role based taxes but right now it only works when the user is logged in. I want to be able to place orders for customers and it does the taxes through the admin

I have a problem with the tax.

For example, I show prices without taxes for wholesale (user role) but when I have sale price for all users ( without wholesale role ) and for wholesale I have only regular price, in the checkout your plugin adds the tax based on the regular price ( for all users ) , not based on the reqular price of the wholesale user.

This happens only If I have sale price.

Could you check it?

Pre-sale question: Can I set to:

1) show Prices with Taxes included in frontend for ‘Role 1’

2) show Prices with Taxes exclude in frontend for ‘Role 2’

Note that both roles have the SAME tax applied. The only difference is that Role-1 will see the prices with taxes included and the Role-2 will the prices with taxes excluded.

I have a problem regarding the translations of price sufix.

In the greek version of the site https://staging-solcore.kinsta.cloud/​ I have put 2 different types of suffix regarding VAT, one for retail customers and one for wholesale customers. Έχουμε διαφορετικά λεκτικά στο ΦΠΑ για τους customers & b2b users.

- Customers: “Περιλαμβάνει ΦΠΑ”

- B2b users: “Δεν περιλαμβάνονται ΦΠΑ & εισφ. ανακύκλωσης”

WPML can not find those two sentences and it automatically inserts the default value “VAT included”. Could you please advise on how I could insert the right translations for both versions? Thank you in advance for your help! Regards,

I am trying to create a support account but there is no sign-up form.. only sign-in.

My question is:

When I set a tax rate to 0%, the name of the tax doesn’t appear. Is there a way to show that the taxes = to 0$.

Also, in Canada, we have around 16 different tax codes but in the configuration of the ”% standard” of your extension only about 6-8 shows up…. is there a limit your extension can manage ?
