ok thanks!

Size chart button not showing where it should be, someone help? Where to enter the purchase code to receive support?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To open a premium support ticket, you’ll just need to verify your license. This doesn’t require entering the purchase code. Please have a look at our guide and try one of the suggested methods here: https://villatheme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-auto-update-feature/

Once it’s done, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. Thank you.

Best regards.

I am using the free version which doesn’t add the size charts automatically. The paid one does that, right?

That controls how and where the size chart appears. Some types and positions are only available in the premium version, which is indicated in the plugin interface, and those options will show up once the premium plugin is activated

I am not getting any button for any of the pages with the free version. So I am going to purchase the premium version to show. Or is there any other version to automatically add to product page?

Hold on. Could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum? I’ll take a look to see what’s going on.

Please reply to following questions

CSV import is not working. When I import a CSV file, it displays black size chart structure without any data. How to fix this problem?

How I can define global size chart formatting or global CSS styles so whenever I import a size chart the same styles get applied automatically.

How i can modify width of a particular column in size chart?

I did reply yesterday: https://nimb.ws/8Non6pt Have you checked?

you must notify customers when there is reply. Also, you haven’t solved the issue. The import functionality is not working from the version you have provided. Kindly check this on priority and provide solution.

Hi,

Thanks for your follow-up. We always send reply notifications via the support system, but it’s possible your email provider may have blocked or filtered them. You might want to try using a different email address to ensure you receive our responses.

Regarding the import issue, I’ve taken another look right away and update you on the ticket. Please rest assured it’s on our priority list, and we’ll get back to you with updates as soon as possible. And please just keep me updated on the ticket only. Thanks for your patience.

HI, I need guidance to add tables to size chart. I tried adding through the csv file but it is not included.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can find the general guidance in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQgDRLkLm-0

As for the problem with CSV file specifically, could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum and share the CSV file. We’ll check it on our sites.

PS: we’ll be offline during the Tet holiday from January 25 to February 3 and will resume work on February 4. Thank you for your understanding

Best regards.

Hi there, I haven’t seen any option in the settings, but is there any global shortcode which can be used? As I would like to add one shortcode to the product page and it should be automatically pulling the size chart based on the product category etc?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At the moment I’m afraid we don’t have a global shortcode as you need. But if you just want it on single product page, automatically pulling the size chart for that product, I supposed you don’t need a shortcode for that, simply use the default size chart that you assigned to particular product/category, would that do?

Best regards.

Hi, I have a multi language website and I want to show different SIZE GUIDE on different language. How can have this on my website?

Regards

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can I ask which multilingual plugin you’re using?

Best regards.

Hi, I use WPML plugin.

Regards

With WPML, each language version of an item is a product. So you would just need to assign that language version to the size chart as a product: https://snipboard.io/8VT91y.jpg

I am not able to search products in “Select Product” fields(where we select product to assign size chart).

It is not showing curser and letters we type.

Apart from this, I have bought this product but not seeing it listed in account on villatheme website hence I am not able to create support ticket for it. Please checkit

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Regarding the problem with the Select Product field, I can definitely check it for you. Can you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum?

Before you open a ticket there, ensure to verify your license first, which will also assist with your second inquiry.

Feel free to reach out if you encounter any difficulties.

Best regards.

1. Responsive Display of Size Charts Is it possible to display the size chart differently based on the device size or screen resolution? For example, can the size chart be shown as a tab on desktop devices, but as a collapsible button or modal window on mobile devices to optimize user experience?

2. Plugin Features and Roadmap What new features are you currently working on or planning to add to the plugin? Do you have a public roadmap or feature list that outlines upcoming updates and enhancements?

3. Multi-Unit Size Charts Is it possible to create size charts in multiple measuring units (e.g., inches and centimeters) so that customers can switch between their preferred unit of measurement while viewing the chart?

4. Importing Size Charts via CSV Would you consider adding a feature to allow importing size charts via CSV? For example, if we include size details alongside product details in a CSV file, could the size charts automatically get associated with the corresponding products during the import process?

5. Exporting and Importing Size Charts Across Websites Can you add a feature to export size charts from one website and import them into another? This would allow size charts to be linked to their corresponding products based on matching product IDs or SKUs during the import process.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I’ll address your concerns below:

1. Currently, our plugin does not support dynamic display changes based on device size, like switching from a tab view on desktop to a collapsible button or modal on mobile. However, we appreciate the suggestion and will consider it for future updates.

2. We are actively working on enhancements, but our roadmap is currently internal. While we won’t be publishing it, we’re always improving based on user feedback

3. Our plugin doesn’t restrict measurement units, you can build size charts with any units you prefer (e.g., inches, centimeters). For this, you can try our free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-size-chart-for-woo/

4-5. Our plugin supports CSV import/export functionality for Size chart table, you can use this feature to transfer size chart from this site to another.

Please let us know if you have further questions or suggestions. We’re here to help!

Best regards.

Is it possible to create size charts in a CSV file for many products, import and assign all at once? What’s impact does this plugin make on site speed?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For the CSV features you need, I’m afraid it’s not available at the moment. And, about the impact to the site speed, rest assured it doesn’t affect your site speed. For a better view, I recommend testing our free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-size-chart-for-woo/

Best regards.
