Hi presale question, can I use this plugin without woocommerce? I can’t check backend , error message showing (Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.), Please check.
Can I use custom status? It will show full step until completed, even I’m still on step 3? Example, there have total 6 steps, I’m currently on step 3, will it show up step 4, 5, and 6? To let user know there have 4,5,6 to go?

No, you can’t use it without WooCommerce and for the error, you must be logged in with the customer account that’s why you are not able to login at the admin end so either log out first or open the admij end in incognito tab.
Yes you can use custom order statuses with the plugin and yes the plugin will show all statuses in the bar and till 3 it shows as completed and for 4,5 and 6, yet to complete.

Does this plugin show the progress bar on the admin orders page?
No, it doesn’t show at the admin orders page. It is only for the customer’s end and for the admin end, there is already a order note functionality given by the WooCommerce in which you can see the history of order statuses.
Can I create custom order status with this plugin?
No you can’t, there is a free plugin available for creating custom order status and yes our plugin supports custom order status as well.

If someone places an order from my wordpress site with woocommerce, how do they receive the tracking number?
to obtain the tracking number you must first have the order processed by the shipper. for example (DHL, MBE…)
Only then will you get the tracking number.

Order tracking is done through the Order status progress bar only. Suppose, there are 6 order statuses you maintain for a order like pending, then change it to on hold, processing, dispatched, shipped, completed/delivered. So your customers will get informed that their order is on which stage right now and when it will gets delivered.

How this plugin will work for returns, exchanges and refunds.

This plugin only shows progress in the bar as per the order status.
So how this plugin will show progress bar in case of return, exchange and refund.
For example for returns:-
Order placed —-—- Processing —-—- Shipped —-—- Delivered —-—- Product pickup —-—- Refund.
For example for exchange condition:-
Order placed —-—- Processing —-—- Shipped —-—- Delivered —-—- Product pickup —-—- Exchanged.
The plugin has 2 progress bars i.e. for success and failed orders so in success, you can mention your status till delivered and in failed, you need to add your status refund and exchanged. For example.
Success -> Ordered -> Processing -> Shipped -> Delivered
Failed -> Ordered -> Refund -> Exchanged
I have reviewed your fronted and backend demo website. I saw in your backend website that there are only success and Failed processing bars, there should be total 4 processing bars like – Success, Failed, Returns and Exchanges.
Will add return and exchange option in next update.

Success means that you got the earning and failed means you haven’t or reversed the earning so refund and exchange will fall under failed progress bars. Our other customers are also using it like that.

Currently, I’m using (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-orders-progress-bar/20612363) in my old website and it’s working perfectly in everything except the WPML and RTL not showing.
If it’s possible I want to keep the same look and feel and the same functionality so my customers will not feel much change.
So is it possible to:
1. At least I need to continue showing the progress bar in Customer’s Orders – Customer’s Single Order – Order Tracking Page – Order Received Page. 2. If I can achieve the look and feel

Also, If the progress bar went to Progress or Complete, does the payment instructions details hidden or still showing?
The payment instructions showing in order details (thank you page) and I want to hide it once the client pass the pending payment status. (Actually not hide it by Disaply:none, I mean unload it at all to improve the load performance.)
