Yes, this plugin is designed for exactly that purpose.
It uses PrintNode integration to connect your WooCommerce store to any printer in the world over the internet. Here is how it would work for your warehouse setup:
Remote Printing: You can install the PrintNode client on a computer at your warehouse. This connects those warehouse printers to the cloud.
Automatic Invoicing: As soon as an order is placed or paid for on your store, the plugin can automatically send the invoice or packing slip directly to the specific printer you’ve selected in the warehouse.
Configuration: You can configure exactly which document types go to which printer, and even set specific paper sizes or orientations for your warehouse equipment.
As long as your warehouse has an internet connection and a computer to run the PrintNode software, you can print your store’s invoices there in real-time.

Hi, thank you for completed answer. So just to be sure. we install the software on server which has the accounting software installed, then we send the invoice to the client computer in warehouses and it will be automatically printed?

not possible. As long as your warehouse has an internet connection and a computer to run the PrintNode software, you can print your store’s invoices there in real-time.
Since this plugin’s Last Update was on 21 June 2024, this plugin is not working with the current versions of Wordpress & other plugins, and it has several errors. Please update it.
Since WooCommerce API structure has changed, the plugin is currently giving a fatal error when you click on “system status”. When do you plan to make a new update?
The automatic print at times does not print when “Only Print After Payment” Option is enabled. It has happened at multiple occasions where the Payment was successfully processed but, the plugin did not send the order to print. I initially thought it was something to do with the Payment Gateway i was using but, even after using Stripe, Paypal or, other third party payment processors, it at times does not print. This only happens in case of Card Payments when “Only Print After Payment” Option is enabled. I guess there is no fix for it and, an option to only print when Order Status changes from Pending to Processing, or, When changes from Processing to Completed like few other plugins will be a best alternate solution to this. I hope you consider this feature in upcoming update release.

Hello There: Would you kindly care to respond the support tickets that i raised. Its not a great experience when you buy a plugin and, need to contact the support immediately for problems which are common to most of the buyers of your plugin. You should have solutions of these common problems in your plugin documentation. I am unable to activate the plugin with the purchase code and, there is problem with automatic printing as prints are not, getting printed automatically. I have added the code mentioned in few of the comments in my theme functions.php but, it brings errors while saving the functions.php file and, does not save the file. Would you care to respond asap?

Hi, it’s stopped to work with LAFKA theme. There’s an error when you try to preview the invoice inside the order and the print is not printing automatically. Could u please fix it?

Hello, I would like to buy the plugin and have the following question:
Is it possible to create several PDFs per order or to split the order into several pages? I would like to realize the following:
Certain products should be printed on a separate PDF. And I have to define which products these should be.
E.g.:
The customer orders a main product, for example with the product ID “1” and 3 additional products with the product IDs “2, 3, 4”. Then the main product in the PDF should be on page 1 and the additional products on page 2.
Basically I want to define which product should stand alone on a PDF and which products can stand together on a PDF.

Hi, can you please update the DomPDF version in your plugin to version 2.0.x? Version 1.0.2 used at the moment is causing issues with other plugins.
