Can you update this plugin so the default set for any product type or category is “Yes” instead of No? We only need to block a few items we sell, but we also have lots of other items we now have to go back through and unblock since the default is No.
This is the default plugin functionality, and many customers are using it. So we can’t change it globally for you. You can generate a support ticket so the developer can change it as per your request.
Ok. Also, we had someone buy a blocked product back to back. However, it is set to read their email address and phone number, which are identical on these orders. Do you have any idea why they were able to buy the blocked product twice?

I was just about to ask the same thing as in the previous comment. We need the ability of store owner to specify time limit to prevent the repeat purchase for each/all products. The plugin is of limited use for me otherwise.

It will check with the client’s email address or contact number. If the system has found any purchase using that details, it will not allow a user to purchase that product.

I sell digital files that customers download and I also want to sell virtual gift cards. Technically the same person could buy a gift card for someone more than once or could buy them for multiple people. For the product type GIFT CARD (I’m using the YITHEMES plugin to sell gift cards) there is no option to click the button (shown on a previous comment) to allow repeat purchases. What option do I have for this?

It shows a message instead of the “Add to cart” button, and you can change this message from the backend.
