Hi, I purchased you Woo Dashboard Widget Stats plugin yesterday.
Unfortunately, half of the widgets do not work in my woo store.
The display ‘Computing data’ with a spinner but never load (after 24hrs). Additionally, web consoles highlights various admin-ajax errors.

Unfortunately, without any further clues, it is quite hard to determine the cause. It could be that something is interfering with the Ajax requests performed by the plugin in the background to retrieve the data.

Hi, Unfortunately I can’t give you admin access to our live store as it’s against out company policy.
I’ve tested again in ‘troubleshooting mode’, using theme Twenty Twenty Four with only two plugins active (woocommece, and your Dashboard Widgets Stats plugin). The same issues still exists.
We’re hosted via Cloudways on a 48GB Vultr HF. Our DB is large approx 15GB uncompressed (approx 250k orders, 750 products, 50k registered users, over 1000 editorial posts).
I suspect the issues are due to amount of data.
We’re always busy, so l don’t have time to troubleshoot.
I suggest two options:
1) Refund please (I can’t currently use the plugin). 2) I migrate current store to a staging server – and possibly anonymise customer data - and then give you access there. Will take business time which I don’t have.
Option 1 (refund) would be my referred route as we needed a solution so signed up to Metorik for reporting instead.

I can only assist by offering an analysis service to identify the cause of the issue properly. If the cause is not related to the plugin (e.g., 3rd-party interference, server issue processing the data), Envato won’t grant any refund (Envato manages refunds, not authors).
Can I get version 5.6? I just dl’ed the latest version and it crashes the site, it can’t handle the amount of data. We had 5.6 and that worked fine.

You can manually download the new version via CodeCanyon or receive an automatic update by installing and configuring the Envato updater plugin: https://goo.gl/pkJS33 (here is the guide that explains how to configure: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ ).
To manually update: deactivate, delete the old plugin and just install the new one! Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data!

Hi, the dashboard figures are calculated on the wrong business day / time zone. The sales cut off in the afternoon and start at zero in the evening. The numbers must be based on the timezone under WP Admin >General > Settings > timezone or it must provide a field in plugin settings to set that. The way it works now is incorrect. Pls. advice. Make sure that there is any other plugin interfering and that you activated the plugin after installing it.

Any chance you are going to update the plugin it has been nearly a year now and it has stopped working for me…

Mi avete risolto un bel problema nel controllare le entrate estere. Nella descrizione delle caratteristiche vi conviene anche aggiungere che è possibile visionare le varie entrate per paese. Da inizio anno l’Europa ha aggiunto delle regole nuova dove se si superano i 10k bisogna versare l’iva per le vendite direttamente ai paesi di destinazione, di plugin che mostrano questi valori ce ne sono veramente pochi. E mi avete fatto fare un sospiro di sollievo che sto giro non ho superato la soglia. grazie e buone feste

there is no need to sync data, they are automatically retrieved. Please give a look to the browser error console to see if any error is reported.
Please try also to temporarly disable the other 3rd party plugins. One of them might be interfering.
