I have added a checkout field and it is not showing on the checkout page. I checked out the demo and tried it and it seems very simple but it is not populating when I try this on my live site

Please ensure you are not using WooCommerce blocks for your checkout page. The plugin requires the standard WooCommerce template to work.

Hi, for some reason, after updating, the plugin asks for activation, but it says “Purchase code is invalid!”. My browser is Chrome, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it via the Envato Market app, but there’s no way to restart it. I purchased two licenses a long time ago; one should be free and one assigned to this domain. What can I do?

Hi,
Try using Firefox and disabling the other 3rd party plugins; one of them might be interfering with the activation process.

If you renew your support license and share wp-admin and FTP access, I can try performing some further investigation.

Hi, thank you very much for your kind reply. Deactivated Envato Mkt plugin and problem solved (just for share, maybe useful for others). Your reply helped me to focus on last plugin installed. Thanks a lot

Glad to hear that, thank you, and have a great day! :D

Please check my site Custom Fields: now can’t see : please check setting

Hello,

I have purchased and am using your plugin.

Could I add additional validation conditions to custom fields? For example, for a custom field containing numbers, could I set a minimum number of digits? Not a minimum value, but the minimum number of digits required. For instance, could I require customers to enter at least 16 digits in a custom field? Thank you very much!

Hi,
I’m sorry, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t provide such options.

You can implement those extra validation steps eventually by editing the frontend-checkout-page.js file you find in the js folder inside the plugin. On line 109, you find the wcccf_additional_validation function that prevents the order from being placed if the validation fails. In there, you can retrieve the input fields (use the browser inspector tool to know which class/id is associated with them) you need and perform the necessary check.

Hello

Okay, thank you for your reply. I’ll try to figure it out myself.

However, I strongly suggest you consider developing this feature, as it seems almost essential to me, especially on the checkout page.

Thank you for your suggestion, I’ll try doing my best for a future release!

I have installed and configured plugin to add fee if items in “category” is in cart. The fees are not showing on the checkout page.

From my tests, all seems ok:
  1. Configration: https://ibb.co/2rhmm0s
  2. Checkout: https://ibb.co/KpL3ZCRR

To understand if the issue is actually caused by the plugin (malfunctioning or misconfiguration), try using the following clean installation: https://codecanyondemo.work/wcccf/wp-admin/ (user: demo, password: demo) to recreate your configuration and report back to me if you experience any issues, along with a step-by-step guide on how to resolve them. Thank you.

I’m interested in purchasing your plugin and would like to confirm whether it supports the following functionality before proceeding.

On my website, I’m adding courses as WooCommerce products. I want to include a dropdown field where users can select the number of students (e.g., 1 to 5). Based on the selected number, I would like the checkout page to dynamically display fields to collect the first name and last name for each student. For example, if the user selects 3 students, the checkout should display input fields for the first and last names of all 3 students.

Could you please let me know if this functionality is supported by your plugin?

Looking forward to your response and hoping for a quick reply.

Thank you.

Hi,
I’m sorry the plugin doesn’t have such a feature. You could look at this other plugin of mine: WooCommerce Conditional Product Fields at Checkout. It allows showing a checkout field according to the product quantity. For example, if the product has been purchased in quantity 3, it could display three times the fields “name and surname”.

Purchase code is invalid!

Ensure to be using a fully HTML5-compliant browser like Chrome or firefox

HI, having some problems, it’s probably me but I can’t get the fields to display.

I’ll try later, but thank you very much, a busy day today,:)

Got it working, looks amazing, 5 stars coming up!

Thank you, I really appreciate it :)

Does this plugin affect the styling of an existing website, I notice it uses bootstrap?

No, it won’t affect. It uses the style of the existing site.

Brilliant, thank you.

Hello.

Integration tools like Zapier or Pluga are able to capture your Plugin Custom checkout fields? I’ve been testing some plugins for checkout fields and I see some are not captured by these tools. I believe this happens because the custom fields are placed outside the woocommerce fields.

If not, I am able to ask for a refund if it doesnt work in my integration tool?

Hello,
I don’t think those tools are designed to read the custom data stored in the order item meta. I can eventually explain where they are stored and how are they are stored, but you should eventually contact them to know how to configure their tool to read the data.

The refund won’t cover this kind of scenario.

Ok, thank you very much for the reply.

Unfortunately for now I would only consider to buy a plugin if I could solve this problem with it. Perhaps in the future. Thanks!

Good day I want to add a processing fee to my checkout based on cart total including tax.

1. Can this plugin do it 2. Can I exclude this fee based on local pickup

Hello,
  1. Yes, you can configure a fixed amount fee to be applied accordingly tog the cart total. You can create multiple “Logic conditions” to apply the fee according cart total range: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/ju4xyxqzk23s4saa29kng/wcccf_fee.png?rlkey=wr3oerickvlhpmauxaugmczqn&dl=0
  2. yes, for each rule, you can add in “and” the option to exclude the local pickup shipping option: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/h5aw151nztyqom5sbghxl/wcccf_shipping.png?rlkey=8l2kagx76cfighmfzmzbc4qjh&dl=0
Before making any purchase, to be sure the software actually fits your needs, perform all the tests you need using the demo site.

Ok thanks I tested it but cant get the local pickup option to hide, not sure if its how the site is setup or something

You should select UK as billing country to get the local pickup option.

Hello Vanquish

Today i purchaes and start to use the plugin.

I need your help…

Is it possible that “added fields” in BILLING FIELDS appear in the page section:

MY ACCOUNT —ADDRESSES – “BILLING INFORMATION”

Once the order is registered in the checkout form, the user fills out the CUSTOM FIELDS but they do not appear in their account.

Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for purchasing.

I’m sorry, it is not possible because the plugin is not designed to work in that way. The fields are checkout fields, so once the order is placed, the value is associated with the order, not with the user profile.

The value is order specific and can be checked via the order details page: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/g1ru8v27lvb393gpf0oun/wcccf_order_details.png?rlkey=7dquh2wslovfzmw6nd656lfb3&dl=0

Hello,

Thanks for answer.

Ok i understand.

Regards.

Hello,

Im very interest to buy your plugin.

1

I use your demo ” have error ” Warning: Undefined array key 1 in /customers/6/1/c/codecanyondemo.work/httpd.www/wcccf/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-conditional-checkout-fields/classes/com/WCCCF_Field.php on line 967 Warning: Undefined array key 1 in …..........”

2

Is compatible with the last version WP and WOO ? the las update of your plugin is on 29 November 2024.

3

in your demo I add a TYPE- SELECT/MULTISELECT and appears empty… in the field form and in data order

I look forward to your kind response.

Hello,
thank you for considering the plugin and for reporting. That error was due to the wrong options format you used: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/qrz6eubq6h85ovitucw7l/wcccf_options.png?rlkey=g8bvcjf0w57bkl4muecum3g8q&dl=0

the options, for example, should be specified as follows {value} : {label}:
0 : aaaa
your_value : ssss
and so on.

The new plugin version that I’ve just released prevents that issue. In case you did not properly specify the value, the label will be used also as the value.

I don’t know if this code was added by you: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/m4m9eeihs4ax4ds9d9rc6/wcccf_code.png?rlkey=28dvj0y3wp6lkbq0j7gqwf6hi&dl=0

There was an error. instead of “jQuery” it was used the ”$”. The latter alias is not defined in WordPress.

Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response and the quick update with the bug fix.

So I’ll trust that this plugin will always be updated.

I’ll purchase the plugin right now.

Note: I didn’t add any jQuery code.

I want a refund, let me know where do i aplly for this, this plugins does not hide defaults checkout fields and that is what i need. Thank you

Woocommerce checkout fields & fees plugin is conflicting default wordpress editor. So need technical support for the plugin

To request support, you need to use an account with a valid purchase and support license associated with it.

Hi! Is there a way to show certain fields based on chosen gateway?

Hi,
I’m sorry, it is not possible

Hello. For some reason my license code has stopped working. can you assist please?

Hello,
what do you mean that stopped working? Could you provide a more detailed description of the issue? Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to add fees to checkout if the total of the products purchased from category “Gum” is less than $50. Here is how I have the condition but it is not working. it is showing the fees even if the total amount of products from this category exceeds the $50 https://ibb.co/G5XBQNZ

please let me know. Thank you

Hello, where can I download the new version 10.9? It always downloads version 10.8, and it has display issues with the date field on mobile.

Hello,
sorry, there must be some issue with the publishing system. Please, retry now to redownload from CodeCanyon.

The plugin cannot retrieve the payment method list

In case those are custom payments, make sure they have been properly implemented.
