Hello sir, we tried to activate and add custom fields, but nothing change it. Add testing fields, but we didn`t see it. Try to edit standard fields (try to make from required field to not required) , but nothing changed. We use a rehub theme (local developing version at the moment). We tried to add new fields in billing information, shipping information and Additional information, but nothing see it. (already clear the cache)

Integration tools like Zapier or Pluga are able to capture your Plugin Custom checkout fields? I’ve been testing some plugins for checkout fields and I see some are not captured by these tools. I believe this happens because the custom fields are placed outside the woocommerce fields.
If not, I am able to ask for a refund if it doesnt work in my integration tool?

Why is the plugin adding a $00.00 price display next to the billing fields?
Also, the fields won’t order correctly. Any chance of refund as I won’t be able to use this.

This is showing as you can set the price for the fields using our plugin.
If you want to remove this please contact the support at support.extendons.com and they can take care of it for you.
You can sort the fields as per your requirements.
Please open a refund request and our concern team will proceed further. You don’t need to ask for a refund here or mention it as you have to open a proper request to claim a refund.

I was very disappointed when I activate the plugin. There’s no option to use only the “additional fields”. Because this changed directly the other fields from billing and shipping. Everywhere on those fields get (€0.00) after the name.
When I want to use the “additional fields” and select multiple checkboxes. He doesn’t show the checkboxes but one field where the user must click on it to search the option.
When I use diffrent single checkboxes and I fill in everything, he shows me or the name Checkbox instead of the name or he gives me the correct name but the price must me €7,95 and he shows €0,00. When he shows the name correct and the price almost correct wen it’s €17,95 he shows €17,00.

Hi, another bug. If a field in required but this field is shown only after a certain condition the mandatory alert block the checkout. For example: radio button “customer type” with value “Private” and “Business”, a text field “VAT” marked as required is mandatory even if the radio is “Private”.

I need to set an Expiry date for a digital product. Hence a product has Trial – 3 days – 0$ 1 year – 365 days – 10$. I will provide this as dropdown. So can this plugin automatically set the expiry as a date – to the order. ? So if he purchases a Trial for 3 days on 3-3-2023 , his expiry is set as 6-3-23 ( dd-mm-yy) ?

Yes, it is working, but I will let you know this plugin allows only fields on the checkout page so if you are adding fields (2 dates to pick from) on the checkout page then it is working.
