Hi, the font icon (”+” and ”-” icons and remove product icon) is not showing up on the cart page. Please fix this.

While researching “ultimate-woocommerce-cart,” I came across a channel that seems to be yours. In that channel, I noticed that you were introducing the ShopLentor product. Could you please clarify whether HasThemes and ShopLentor are the same company?

According to one of my former colleagues, the ShopLentor plugin is not compatible with the Shopkeeper theme that we are currently using.

In addition, I would like to ask: if I purchase your plugin and it turns out to be incompatible, would it be possible to request a refund?

Hello, your last update broke the plugin. Customers could not place orders because of your update. I had to go back to the default WooCommerce cart, which is really bad. Please fix the issue as soon as possible, as I am surely not the only one experiencing this right now. Here’s the issue:

You can remove the item from the cart. And yes, you will be redirected to new window which is normal process.

why would a customer have to remove an item manually after a successful complete purchase that’s not how a shopping cart work. it should be removed automatically

You might have added the item to the cart multiple times which is why the another one item is displaying in the cart after a successful purchase.

Also, we do not have any control over the Codecanyon checkout system. We are selling our product on their platform only.

I thought I saw mention that the bottom buttons could be sticky, while the contents of the cart scrollable. Did I misinterpret that? If not- how does one make it sticky?

Yes, you can have a sticky button at the bottom. For that, you can either import the ready made templates that has sticky bottom footer. Or if you are creating the template yourself then you just need to add the class name uwcc-bottom-sticky as shown in this screenshot https://tinyurl.com/25wh4bda

I notice that the button flashes purple initially before changing to the color I set it to be in settings. It looks weird. Is there a way to force it not to be purple?

I ended up turning the cart off. I’m using the Woostify theme and it also seems to show the regular woocommerce cart after clicking add to cart. The behavior lags because my site does seem to be running a bit slow. Unfortunately I am not sure where the slow down it, but it seems to be happening after updating the base Woostify theme (I am running a child verion of that). I am not 100% positive, but that seems to me when it happened.

So my experience with this cart and the Woostify theme is as follows:

Started on a page listing of multiple items (from a category listing/grouping)

I add an item and the behavior seemed to be what I expected- the item got added to the cart, the number increased, and the cart popped up only if I clicked on the button.

However, it seems like something is happening in the background and eventually for any item I add to the cart, the regular WooCommerce cart pops up. The behavior lags a bit so I was thinking it was just the last item, but if you stay on the listing page long enough, the cart will pop up for each item added to the cart/

I’m testing on my local system now to see if it will be useable, but it doesn’t look like I can eliminate the woocommerce cart in this theme so I may be SOL for using this cart. Too bad because it’s pretty cool.

Hi, i have just bought your plugin, everything worked fine but now elementor is completely broken on certain pages (especially the mobile version of the website). I noticed that your “documentation” page is also broken for some reason.

Well, the support didn’t really help but i found out how and why. I added custom CSS into the elementor of the side cart, which affected the whole site. Now i targeted the right class/element and now everything works just fine.

Hello, i have a pre-sale question. Is ti possible to make the “checkout” button on the bottom sticky so the items in the slide/side cart are scrollable ? Because it not a good UX to have to scroll down to find the checkout button.
