I recently purchased the WooCommerce Binary MLM plugin on 19 December 2025.
After installation and testing, I realized that essential features required for a basic binary MLM system are not available in the base plugin and are locked behind multiple expensive add-ons, which were not clearly mentioned before purchase.

I am requesting a refund for the item “WooCommerce Binary Multi Level Marketing” (Purchase Date: 19 December 2025).
My request is based on the reason “Item Not as Described”.
The product is advertised and sold as a “Binary MLM solution”. However, after purchase and installation, I discovered that several essential and core binary MLM functionalities are not included in the main plugin and are instead locked behind multiple paid add-ons costing $199+ each.
These limitations were not clearly or transparently disclosed on the main product page at the time of purchase.
As a small business owner, this significantly increases the total cost of ownership to many times higher than what is reasonably expected from the advertised product. The base plugin alone does not fulfill the fundamental requirements of a functional binary MLM system.
I purchased this item in good faith based on the product description, but the actual functionality differs materially from what is implied.
I respectfully request a refund under the “Item not as described” clause of the Envato Market refund policy.

I disagree. Selling a ‘Binary MLM’ plugin that lacks fundamental binary logic (like proper wallet integration and essential matching features) unless I pay $200+ for each add-on is misleading. It’s like selling a ‘Car’ but then saying ‘Wheels and Engine are extra customizations not mentioned in the guide.’ A ‘Binary MLM’ title implies a functional system, not a skeleton that requires thousands of dollars in add-ons to work. I have already escalated this to Envato Support as ‘Item Not as Described’ and ‘Misleading Advertisement’. I will let the Envato moderators decide.

Hello Team! I’m looking for a plugin that allows different commission split configurations depending on the seller’s level.
Examples: - First, we have two types of affiliates: some who can’t have people below them, and others who can. Those who can’t get 20%, and those who can get 30% if they sell themselves.
- Now, if a second-level affiliate sells, the split should be as follows: - 1st level -> 15% - 2nd level (the one who makes the sale) -> 15%
But if a third-level affiliate sells, the split should be as follows: - 1st level -> 5% - 2nd level -> 10% - 3rd level (the one who makes the sale) -> 15%
Is this possible with your plugin? Or does it have filters and hooks to customize it?

1. Do you have a Membership Plan feature where users can buy a specific Plan and he/she can enjoy the features of that plan (example for silver plan, commission is only 5% while gold plan commissions are 10%.)
2. For Binary, do you have a Pairing/Matching bonus feature, where if member has one recruit in the left leg, and one in the right leg, system will give out a pairing bonus? (this is the usual pairing rule for binary mlm systems)

What is spillover in networking? Spillover refers to the ability to have new customers and/or representatives placed under you by your upline automatically when a new user register with your referral link or username when your legs are already filled up.

I added this to config.php: ini_set( “display_errors”, “1” ); error_reporting( E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE );
I’m running a local wamp server which hates turning off debug messages. It was screwing up the ajax calls. Whatever fixed for now

Presale Questions- I am in the roofing and storm restoration business. I have a sales representative working for me who meets with clients and signs them up to allow us to do their repairs. each contract, my reps get an advancement of $100. Once the job is complete and we get payment, the reps get up to 10% commission. However, the $100 advancement needs to be deducted from the commission. Also, I will need the ability to split commissions between 2 reps. And for the MLM, I want to set it up to go 3 levels deep and 5 levels wide for other sales reps that come into their downline
Step 1, my sales representative will sign up a client (while sitting in their living room) not online.
Step 2, once the contract is signed and approved, sales rep. will receive $100 advancement
step 3. When the payment from the client is received, let’s say he is at 10% commission, and the check is for $5,000. That would mean my sales rep would get $500, but because he received a $100 advancement, his check would be $400. ($100 advance – $500 commission = $400).
For each person that he trains, he will get a small commission paid to him for each level. Level 1, he would get 1.5%, level 2, 1%, and level 3 .50%
The problem is how do we keep track of the advancements that they receive for each signed contract?
