Unfortunately, we have not tested our plugin with WPML but if you want then you can use the loco translator plugin we have tested our plugin with this and it is working fine to translate email templates.

3 other major issues with this plugin:
1. The {{cart_link}} and {{checkout_link}} tags do not load cart items when link is clicked from email. they just open the empty cart page.
The {{checkout_link}} tag adds this to site url: /cart/?cart_id=1/?cart_id=1 The {{cart_link}} tag adds this to the url: /cart/?cart_id=1
2. Every time i create and save a new email template, I get this warning from chrome browser: https://cl.ly/3a76a032395e
3. The plugin does not capture guest abandoned cart even though the setting is turned on. From my test, it only captured abandoned cart from logged in account https://cl.ly/d7b784ad48ebI need these fixes urgently. thanks for your support.

When you add the email template you can see the label “Email Massage” in the editors top bar you can see the drop down name “Email Custom Variables” there you can see all the tags.

I’m not looking for the tags.
I’m saying that the cart tag does not load the cart content when the generated link is clicked from the email customer received. it just opens the empty cart page.
the plugin does not capture gust abandoned cart even with the setting turned on.

there’s nothing in those that shows me what the email template will look like in customer’s inbox.
I’ve resorted to sending multiple template versions to a test abandoned cart i generated using my email address.
I think this plugin should have a preview feature like other plugins that generate customer-facing templates.

Hi, can this product return the abandoned item into stock if it wasn’t checked out at a pre set time? Example: every 11 AM if items in a certain category are not checked out then put back into stock. -person buys product A but leaves it in the cart without checking out, so the system send the email message but still no activity. -woocommerce then check cart session and if any products that are left in the cart, variable or simple at any quantity will be cleared at 11am.
That would be great if this will do it. I will then purchase

If the product is in the cart and not been checked out or has been placed an order for it then it will be available in the stock, so after checkout that product will be deducted from stock.

Our Plugin does not alter anything on any page including checkout and payment page. Woocommercce capture the email entered in the field and Woocommerce captures the email of the Visitor when he/she enter his/her email in the checkout form. So our plugin sends reminders to registered user and visitors whose email WooCommerce has captured.

So, do you want to say that your plugin captures a visitor’s email “just by writing it in the email field of the payment form ONLY” without having to register an account or without pressing any button??
Our plugin do not capture any of the user’s data (including e-mail) Our plugin sends e-mails to those who’s e-mail woocommerce has captured at any time. We have the e-mail of the registered users and those users who have entered their e-mail in the checkout form. Our plugin cannot send e-mails to those visitors who are not registered users neither they have entered e-mail address in the checkout form yet.
your explanation is contradictory. You say that your plugin does not capture any data, and then you say that your plugin sends emails to the email address captured in the payment form jajaja. This question clearly indicates that the user does not need to register a complete account for the plugin to collect the email. The yith plugin does this function, that is, the plugin collects the email with only writing it in the payment form without registering an account and without writing anything else. do you know what I mean?

Does this plugin use Live Checkout Field Capture to ensure it captures abandoned carts even if users don’t submit the checkout form?
Yes it ensure if user not submit checkout form, but this only work if user entered email address. if as a guest user, user not input email address then this cart will not capture.
I just installed the plugin, and finish the configuration. The plugin doesn’t work! Also a problem, there is no “preview” button in this plugin, so i cannot see how it looks like when customers receiving those e-mails.

I have 2 ecommerce site. One site use Prestashop platform, and the other use Wordpress. In my Prestashop site, I use abandoned cart reminder 5 in 1 module (Address: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/remarketing-shopping-cart-abandonment/26740-abandoned-cart-reminder-5-in-1.html ). One of my friend introduce your plugin to me (My wordpress site use Avada theme), so I want to ask if your plugin is compatible with Avada theme or not? And does it have feature like Abandoned cart module in my Prestashop site?

About Avada, module not have big relation with the frontend design of theme, its mostly work in backend so there is no possibility that module have issue with any theme.
For the question about prestashop module, you can compare both modules we have written everything in the description and also upload screenshots, Prestashop and WooCommerce are two different platforms, so our module may not be 100 as prestashop module but you can compare. because you are the person that knows what you exactly want.

Hello there, Great work. We have been testing other plugins and they crashed our site with huge traffic. As one developer said on another plugin:
“plugin’s search function on abandoned carts runs a double wildcard LIKE clause on every single record in the postmeta table…Then it joins on usermeta twice So, it’s going to generate every possible permutation of postmeta with usermeta two times and then have to scan that whole recordset for what was searched for!.....any Woocommerce site with a decent number of products is going to crash with that crazy query going on.”
Could you give us some more information on your plugin before we purchase as we wont to try it.
