Yes there is sound notification available but as of now push notification is not available, it means when app is open sound notification is there for new message.

Please i cannot see both in demo.
As of now only in the Web version:
1) You can send template anytime. 2) AI Bot can be turned off using Contact Edit or using AI Stop Bot
but sir these are required please understand, I am using Ai so if agent chat through this app and ai also reply. aslo please bring template sending after 24 hour, its fair to get the feature if i pay 299$ can you do it in few days?
More features will come in future.
Template sending is already available in Web application which you can send anytime, As of now mobile application is focused on chat only.
