First of all I apologies for delay in reply due to my account issue. And Yes this project is still active.

Have not seen any updated in 2 years
Because this plugin is based on jQuery & HTML & CSS, So there are no need to be an update you can also use it with latest jQuery version.
But what about features? are you saying that you ran out of Ideas,?? after 2 years you have no new Ideas, when other ppl whatsapp support plugins keeps getting new features. Is your mind closed to this project? or did you just create a simple script to make passive income?
Do not worried about the update. because current plugin dose not required additional thing to set it up into your site. And if you will had any issue or anything during the setup you can let us know, We will be here always to help you.
