How can I install this plug in I donloadet but isn’t a zip File ?
The downloadable file should be a zip file, and inside that zip you will get chat-help.zip file. It’s the actual plugin file to upload.

What is the difference between free and premium version? Does premium version remove the POWERED BY CREDIT?
Yes. The main different is you will able to add multiple agents in premium version and of-course Powered by created is completely removed.

Can the chat auto pop up open after few seconds? (right now it just auto opens as soon as the page loads. is it possible to add some seconds?)
Umm. That can be possible to ad as an option. But in current version we don’t have that feature. We will add this feature in next release.

Hello! The plugin is really amazing, thank you! I use the plugin to find companies. The stores are in Brazilian Portuguese. Our language has some special characters. Example: When we type some words in the search, the plugin search does not find them. For example: “Loja das Crianças”. The search works until this part “Loja da Crian”. The character “ç” cannot be found… Could you fix this?

I saw the screenshot, great. I’m sorry I didn’t inform you correctly. I will provide some more details. Now type in the same search you searched for. Type it this way: “Criancas”, without an accent. The search will not find it because the search understands that it should deliver this way: “Crianças”. But in my language, the word “Crianças” can also be searched like this: “Criancas”. Some more examples:
1. The word “Corporação”. In my language it can also be searched this way: “Corporacao”. 2. “Você”, can be typed “Voce”. 3. “Parabéns” can be typed “Parabens”.
Each word can be typed without an accent.
Sorry to say. We tried to implement this but seems it’s not achievable.

1. I will enter more than 100 contact numbers. It’s possible? As there are many numbers, is it possible to search for the name of each team member?
2. Could we have problems with too many contacts? Slowness, server crashing…
3. Is it possible to add opening hours and online icon?
4. Is there any way for each user registered on the site to add WhatsApp in the frontend and these numbers appear in the bubble?
5. Has the feature mentioned here in the comments 10 month ago (FAQ Help) been implemented? I thought it was incredible!

Apologies for the delayed response.
1. Certainly! You can add an unlimited number of agents using our plugin. 2. Adding bulk agents will not cause any issues with website speed. 3. Absolutely! You can set opening hours and display online icons for each person based on their availability. 4. Unfortunately, the automated addition of agents is not supported. You’ll need to manually add all agents through the plugin settings. 5. I regret to inform you that this feature has not been implemented yet, but it may be included in an upcoming release.

hello, can i specify to open the chat after x number of seconds?
We don’t have that feature and we think that will not be a convenient feature. But if you really want that feature we can create that feature for you. So you can specify number of second to open chat after click on button.
For doing that at first you have to buy the plugin and then you have to request for that feature through our support.

Hi, plug-in looks good. We are interested in, could you add a categorized FAQ Help feature? We need to have that in the chat so user can read before considering they need further support.
