Gradle Versions 7.2.0 All the other version of MIN MAX Api are dynamic which means the code will run on whichever android studio and flutter version you have installed. Flutter version is also taken from your own so whichever flutter version you have installed will work.
No other cost for hosting online as no server needed, You need to make changes to package name to upload it to play store. Is not liked to any external server.
You can either generate each app for each website or just open the url link and users can enter the link to the website which will be converted to mobile app, this is your choice, you have this freedom from code base.
You will receive updated codes till the lifetime of this app on code canyon.

Android studio with flutter and dart, you don’t need programming knowledge but you do need to make some basic changes. Its well documented so it should not be that hard
