You can send details by webhook. It will not receive any details by another application or api.

hi there, I wish to find out should I be purchasing WEBHOOK or REST API for WORKSUITE if I am going to pull data from other app server?
1. Webhook is used to post the data to another website 2. Rest API is used to insert data to worksuite
For pulling data from other website you need to have their rest API and then using our rest API you can insert to worksuite. but you need to know the coding for that
Can this webhook be configured to receive leads from Facebook for each client?
It is for sending data from worksuite to third party and not to recieve

There should be trigger in webhook like create, update, etc

Allowing each employee to set their personal webhooks ensures that only events related to them trigger the webhook, maintaining privacy and fulfilling its intended purpose.

Is it possible to update ticket status via Webhook?
Our webhook will send request to third party api. It is then part of third party to take care of everything

Webhook posts the data to third party API URL. Remaining the JOB is of third party do the stuff

We already have RESTAPI MODULE.
To store or fetch from app you need RESTAPI
To post data from app to third party you have webhook

You can add webhook url of zapier and then the data is pushed to zapier. From zapier you can do anything

Webhooks post data to any endpoint. So if you have endpoint for that, it will work
