Let me explain, i have application which customer registered in my application, then using the API i create same user in Perfex CRM,(Then using the Perfex CRM as customer Dashboard).

While Customer are logged to Perfex CRM from the Credential (password) which has been created in my application. so in this case if customer change the password in Perfex CRM, how could i update the password in my Application(which customer login to Perfex CRm from there),

So i need webhook to get the password updated from Perfex CRM to update it in my application, is it?

Some hooks are limited by Perfex CRM’s core code, and what you request is included in this case.

Webhooks upon Invoice generation and Project generation are possible, yes.

The end service that you will use and its webhook data, (slack/and its internal actions) are up to you. Thats obviously possible, and the same applies to every possible integration you can think of – however, if you are not sure about the way to apply this, its highly advised to hire an expert to have your connection done, using our module.

Our module triggers outgoing webhooks, based on specific actions that occur inside Perfex.

You need to create a webhook (i.e. https://hevodata.com/learn/google-sheets-webhooks-integration/ ) – our module will work through it.

We cannot offer examples for every service out there – there are billions of them. Our module works fine with IFFT, however, configuration of the webhook is something that you need to take care.

Our module’s job is just to parse json data – it has nothing to do with the interface of the third party service (which may changes many times along the years).

The video cast is just a demo connection showcase.

However, most of the limitations come unfortunately from the core.

IE, you cannot delete an Invoice using our plugin because there is no Invoice Deletion hook included in the core version of Perfex.

Once core team adds those hooks, we will provide an update of our module, including them.
