Is there a generic fix to this that you could post so we could fix it and not have to bug you? I would like to use this with the WoodMart theme. I am not sure if it will work. Is there something I would just need to add to the row.php to make it work? Or do I really need to send it to you first?

The easy way to make sure whether it works with this plugin or not is to find if there’s the row.php exists in your theme, if it exists, I think it will not work with this plugin.
Then you may have to send us the row.php file, we need to check the coding to see if we can make it compatible with the plugin.

I use Salient theme (latest version) and the plugin doesn’t work… Can you help me?

I think the salient theme includes a customized row.php of WPBakery Page Builder so that it doesn’t work with this theme, unless you find and send me the row.php of Salient, I have to modify it, but every time you upgrade this theme, you have to overwrite the modify row.php file.
Otherwise, you could submit the refund request via Envato support.

4) Will it work with the most current version of WP Bakery Page Builder (I think WP Bakery is the same as Visual Composer, but I get confused)?

First of all, it’s addon for WPBakery page builder (the formerly Visual Composer), not the new visual composer.
It works with WPBAKERY, but some wp themes contains a customized row.php, then, it will not work with this theme.
We will only update this plugin if found any bugs.

What’s your theme? If your theme includes a modified version of vc_row.php, this plugin will not work any more, it’s not compatible with the customized vc_row.php.
If so, you can ask a refund via Envato support.

Now some effect doesn’t have any effect when moving the mouse, only display. It depends on which effect you use.

we include an example in the plugin folder, after you purchased, you can find this example in the plugin folder, copy “webgl-vc-addon” folder to your theme root folder, you will see “sinewaves” 3D effect is appended to the effect list.

Placing the particles sprite webgl 3d background in the head or index php file so that it appears as part of background image on all pages instead of loading it on every pages. My theme has a background image set along with a background slideshow, this background image slideshow appears on every page and is fixed on every page. I have made use of the particle sprite webgl 3d background and it looks almost to good to be true. The only issue is that i want only that webgl affect and i want to include it into my index or header php so that it loads once and remains as fixed background for all the pages and post so that i do not have to load it separately and also my blog page does not have a standard page layout in order to include the webgl row. Please could you assist or guide me in how i could easiest include the sprite particles affect in the header, index or page php file

Unfortunately, the current version doesn’t support adjust the animation parameters, unless changing the related javascript codes. Actually, we always keep trying to do that, but recently we prefer to release a new plugin to instead of this one.

If the vc_row.php template is overrided in your theme, this plugin is not compatible with your theme, the current solution is add several lines of PHP codes to your vc_row.php. It’s not good for theme author and users, so we are going to rewrite the separate container element in order to compatible with all themes. Sorry for the delay. It’s necessary to change VC row template in the theme folder, so you have to back up this changed file when updating the theme, it’s inconvenient but we haven’t found a good solution yet.

Another question: Is it possible to add a setting whereby you can disable the interactivity, such as the mouse movement?
For instance, scrolling on a mobile or tablet with the particle sprites enabled doesn’t work properly. Alternatively, can it just be disabled or replaced with an image on the mobile? Sort of like a browser string or responsive call?
Currently, there’s no option to disable the effect on mobile. I have added this request to update the list. I think the solution is directly to disable the effect, then you can set the row background image for the mobile view.

We purchased your plugin but unfortunately it wasn’t working with our Theme. Then we tried to register to your Support portal http://envato.themevan.com/login/ but it doesn’t allow us to create a profile and its always giving the below two Errors: 1. ERROR: Sorry, the activation e-mail could not be sent. 2. ERROR: This email is already registered, please choose another one.
Of course we tried various emails but always getting the same response.
We urgently need your help to either suggest how we can make the plugin work or we need to get a refund. We have send already a refund request 5 days ago but we still havent had a response. Refund request ID: 916f4cad-b5f9-4f2f-ba99-3c507886452f
