I guess this is something that concerns WooCommerce rather than our plugin, and as far as we know, WooCommerce has such a feature.
woocommerce have option for post expiration not product itself. It will be useful to have plugin where you can control same product but with 2 or 3 different use by date.
Although I do not understand exactly what you want, I think the plugin does not have such a feature.

Yes, you can get extra data from the user on the product pages. But in the current version, there is no collapsible section according to an option, all of them are open.
I dont need extra data; i need to hide fields and display them conditionally as needed so users see only the needed forms. Can your plugin do that?

Unfortunately, there are no such features for now. Now you can create special areas only for certain places.
I’m thinking for versions that would come, though.

Hello this is not a problem with the plugin. This is a problem with the css side. The plugin only adds special fields to the area where the shortcode is used.

If a customer uses woo’s “buy now” function (which uses I believe the browsers stored data), if a product field is required, does your plugin compel the user to fill this field in?
is it easy to add the the extra field to both admin and customer emails?

1.Hello, if there is 1 or more than 1 mandatory field in the fields you add, the add to cart function in the product list will be disabled. In other words, with ajax, there will be no add to cart process, it will be directed to the product page and will be asked to fill in the required fields.

on 1) I see what you mean about the ajax “add to cart”. .. maybe then it’s Stripe “buy now” button that uses the browser stored contact details & card? would this have to be switched off?
2) if I get a customer to add on the field “custom t-shirt text”, and they add “paolo is nice”.. will this extra field data be sent to the admin-order-email and customer-order-email

1. No there is no gate automatically. WooCommerce does this before adding to cart. In other words, if there is a compulsory field in the fields added, it cannot be added to the basket in any way, it must first enter the product page and fill in the relevant fields. However, you can add it like that, so there is no need for additional processing.
2. Invoice additional fields are forwarded only to the manager.
