If you are new, you can start by learning from courses, youtube video or the flutter documentation itself. You can just start learning dart fundamentals, null safety, state management and so on

Well if you planning to use firebase as the backend, then you don’t need to create the API, because flutter already have the plugin to do it. You can read the documentation first here: https://firebase.flutter.dev/docs/overview . But I suggest if you really don’t know anything learn the flutter first
