I have a full license for the WPBakery Page Builder, however my website has changed the URL and it is not allowing me to update the plug in because it says it is already registered with a different domain.
Any suggestions how to fix it?

YouTube Carousel seems to crash sometimes and remains down for quite a while, on our site and also on your demo site at same time. Is there any plans to update where it does not crash? The wheel just keeps turning and videos do not load.

yes update is ongoing, its not issue in code, but its about youtube API, they are changing recently. so I am waiting for their final notice and we will update everything in new version.

Hello sbthemes, in an old post you wrote: “In one instance you can set only one channel. For another channel you have to add another shortcode.” I need something like that, having different channels in the grid of one page, but only with the last published video of each channel. It’s that possible?

I think yes you can do, setting per page video you can set 1 and pagination type none so it will show one video without any pagination type.

masonry layout has layout problems in firefox. the previews overlap each other. this doesnt happen in chrome or IE.

I have a problem with the youtube videos slowing down my website to like a 7 second load time and I need some help? Is there a plugin that can help my problem by lighting the youtube videos on my pages? it’s adding so much weight. From what I understand every time I put a YouTube video it takes up 500 MB. Do you know if your YouTube plugin will help with this?
Well yes, my plugin loads all data via ajax so it will not affect on your loading time and page will render faster. normally I dont think youtube video can load that much so before doing changes make sure this is the reason.

Do I have to buy the WP Bakery Page Builder to make the Visual Composer plugin work? And will the page builder work with Tatsu builder? I already have the Tatsu builder installed. I already ask you about my problem with the youtube videos slowing down my website. I just wanted to mention I do know what’s slowing it down. It’s the YouTube requests that take up all the space.
it will only work with wp bakery page builder, is tatsu a different page builder or it comes with theme which originally modify just visual composer?

Is it possible to add single videos on one page from different YouTube accounts? And how do I get rid of the black bands (top and bottom) showing up? I choosed the style from the demo, but it is not the same?

I don’t get what you mean by single video, if you only need single video then you should embed version from youtube, this plugin mainly showing galleries.
You can’t remove black bands, standard ratio of video these days are 16:9 and we follow it, so if video is not made in that ratio means it will show black bands on both sides. If all your video has specific ratio then we can modify plugin and can set that so it will not show black parts.

Not sure exactly purpose but normally it looks similar to embed version. With plugin we can add some extra stuffs like share buttons etc otherwise its same as embed.

Is there a way to fetch/refresh new counters from Youtube? Because it’s showing a wrong number of likes in some of our videos. Please check the 7th video, called “Confiança e vc! LEONARDO DOURADO QUINELATO – AQUARIUS” here: http://institucional.confianca.com.br/evc-videos/
It’s showing 1443 likes. But when you click to see the video in Youtube, you will see the right number of Likes, which is 747. How can this plugin sync the data from youtube and the page?

Its not wrong likes, you can cross check with youtube, its perfect right now.
Thing is youtube site caching likes and its showing some delay, so sometimes you see difference, but in API you can get latest and youtube website updating it after sometime.
As I said its cache from youtube, so its not necessary always match, youtube takes time to update their likes on website, so check after sometime. But if you always getting new likes this will be case.
- When youtube get new like, API update it immediately which we are using.
- But on youtube site there cache and they only update it after some specific time, so you see this difference.
