Hi, I have problems with the Business Book plugin. When I try to select Source Pdf browser gives me a popup error ‘send_pdf = 0’, and immediately after that ‘send_pdf = ’, after which it starts playing ‘Please Wait… Convert pdf to jpg’ which never ends. The pdf I’m testing is two pages of plain text. Where am I going wrong?

1 : I have created category but the category is not appear when I add bookshelf in visual composer
2. I can not insert image for bookshelf with my existing media library, I click insert but is not working

Hi, Just purchased your addon bundle and tried installing the Bookshelf and Newspaper plugins – BUT BOTH don’t work – seems to be category config probs with both of them.
Looks like the same hidden category select list issue as the other codecanyon comments:
“I installed your plugin, added categories, added some images to the category but when I go to put a bookshelf on a page, in the settings for the bookshelf, there is no category select box. The title is there and I can see the instructions that say “please select category for bookshelf” but there is no select box available. Any thoughts?”
Running WP 4.9.5 and latest version of Impreza Theme
PROBLEM 1 – BookShelf Plugin Problems: 1. Plugin installs and activates ok 2. When I go to VC Add Element – the Bookshelf plugin seems to have installed ok BUT is greyed out – not coloured as in your documentation – Fig 1. 3. When I select the icon and try to insert the element into a page the Bookshelf Settings configuration doesn’t show any Categories to choose from – Fig 2 4. I had already setup the Categories and Images before trying to install the Bookshelf element – Figs 3 and 4
PROBLEM 2 – NewsPaper FlipBook Plugin Problems: 1. When I go to VC Add Element – the Newspaper Flipbook plugin seems to have installed ok BUT is greyed out – not coloured as in your documentation – Fig 5. 2. When I select the icon and try to insert the element into a page the Bookshelf Settings configuration doesn’t show any Categories to choose from – Fig 6 3. Newspaper Flipbook plugin – doesn’t convert pdf to jpg – just sits ther saying it is converting.
I can’t use any of these plugins as is – please help or kindly refund my purchase.

I have some issue with display list of images in book. For example: I have book with name “Testbook-1” in this book i have 16 images, when in “All pages” I choose sort by book name and choose book “Testbook-1” then on list displayed only 10 images from 16, other 6 images I can search by name.

Make sure the thumb shows up in the admin panel.
If they do not appear in the admin panel then they will not appear on the page also.
