in my case the plugin does not want to install on my wordpress site. every time I tried to install it, I get an error saying that the plugin did not exist.
This is the error message : (The package could not be decompressed. No plugins found.
The plugin installation has failed.)
I am waiting for an answer to solve the problem.

And you can hide the next/prev buttons by adding in Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS these 2 classes:

Have a bug in Google Chrome (latest version) with your plugin (latest version). Works only KissFM station https://walking.kiev.ua/onlajjn-radio/ In Firefox all station works fine… Visual Composer v 6.1.

So the problem is that you are using a ‘HTTP’ radio stream ( http://server.rpr.dp.ua:8000/live ) on a HTTPS website. You should use a HTTPS stream, like this: https://server.rpr.dp.ua:8000/live
Please contact your radio stream provider and ask him to offer you a HTTPS stream like this: https://server.rpr.dp.ua:8000/live
The same for the other streams, you need to ask the radio provider for a HTTPS.

The other player opens a pop-up window which contains a HTTP url, not a HTTPS url.

It doesn’t have sticky version. We have these 2 WordPress plugins with sticky version:
It will pause when you change the page because for a standard website the footer is reloaded. Please check live preview to see how it behaves when you navigate the menu.
To have no pause, your website needs to use Ajax loading to navigate the menu and it has noting to do with our player.

HI, I just downloaded the plugin and I do not see the Radio Player In the visual composer menu when I try to add it in my page. Why is that?
Also I have Wordpress version 4.7. I am thinking that is why! As it seems the latest version it supports is 4.6
Plus I also have the latest version of Visual Composer which is 5.0

The product was tested with the latest version of WP 4.7 and latest version of VC 5.0.1 and is working.
1. Do you have the ‘original version’ of VC or some custom version which came with the theme?
2. This is a complex add-on and it needs to be inserted in the fist level of your page or in a ‘Row’

1. Most probably your server has fsockopen() function disabled or doesn’t allow opening your radio port. Some hosting providers allow only opening of port 80 by default. Please contact your hosting provider and ask him to allow opening the port your radio uses.

The plugin plays the stream, the problem is in reading the metadata.
I’ve tested your stream on our server and it works so the problem is from the server. As I said, either the fsockopen() function disabled or port 9990, which your radio uses, is blocked.
