You can apply for a refund, but a refund is not always possible.

I have bought your addition to the visual composer, and all is fine untile we want to display carousel on the home page, we have added category, images, and inserted shortcode on the home page, but it doesn’t appear at all on the site. Do you maybe know what could be a problem?

After selecting an image, press the “Insert Into Post” then press the “Publish” button.
If the problem still exists – send me a private message and enter the information there for WordPress (host, user, password). I’ll check it.
Please close my last comment I was able to locate this option on the plug-in. I have one other question how do I enlarge the photos to a larger size? I am using the normal size for the post of the image.

Image size is adjusted automatically (this depends on the amount of free space on your page.) Remember that all images must have the same size.

I installed the plugin but when trying to upload image into post—it does not work.
I see the note: “No image.Please upload a photo.Click on the icon at the top.” even after i click on the button “Insert into Post”.

I checked it and it works well. After clicking on the button “Insert into Post” you have to click the button “Publish” – then the image will appear.
