A quick one, so as SaaS, how do the system separate visitors for Client A and Client B like does it give a unique link to send to visitors for self register? Can owner set available time slots for visitors to book in?
Yes, each client have thier unique link & visitors can register themselves.
There is no option to whome visitor going to meet, we are waiting to good updates with options like visitor meeting with, office or room number or custom field option.
When we purchased we think you will give good updates in upcoming days but we feel this is too basic version of the system.

If you can add SMS Alerts implementation such that visitors would get a welcome SMS after capturing their details that would be great.

I need to be able to do two things (possibly): 1. It should work on a red LAN. 2. It should be able to be hybrid, meaning that it can be connected via an API (I suppose) to some external interface. If so, it could be supported by this other development (point 2).

But for now I’m interested in knowing if I can run the service in a local environment (LAN network) and if with your service, I could develop some add-on that obtains or “pulls” the data with a 2D barcode reader (citizen document).

Hi Team Presale question Can you add a visitor import option so that the owner can import the visitor list and create a visitor ID using a check button option? The owner will give the visitor ID via email and when the visitor clicks on the pre-link, the visitor ID will be added to the page so that the visitor is logged in.

Please look into adding permit-to-work forms and RAMS acknowledgment, and this will be a must-have system for all FM and security companies
You need: Hot Permit to Work, Electric permit to work, Working at height permit to work, General permit to work and Confined space permit to work
For RAMS: Risk Assesment and Metod Statments will be forms that we should be able to add or user be able to add and they can confirm / tick box that they will fallow the RAMS

good Work. Kindly add RazorPay PG and support to add checkin time when entry is stored and check out time when entry is marked Completed. Custom Fields for Flat Number or mention any crucial detail. Proper filter of visitors by date and date range filter, categories for the visitor(Vendor, Salesman, etc, that user can set), show number of times visited for similar mobile number visitor.
many more i will tell in coming days like .. take picture of visitor and store on Amazon S3, Data Retention Period set for packages, etc

It is funny when you built saas with only one payment gateway which means all the countries not using the gateway should not buy your script. The more payment gateways you add to your script, the more it will sell. this is just an advise. Atleast add manual payment
