How do i add more admin users ?
This feature is not available at the moment.
The custom CSS is not being applied. The background is not switching to dark mode or reflecting any of the colors defined in the stylesheet. Please advise on why the CSS rules are not taking effect.
There is no built-in dark mode toggle or setting in the admin panel. The theme is designed to work with a single (light) color scheme, and only the base color can be changed from General Settings.
Key clarification:
No native dark mode support
No automatic light/dark switching
Custom CSS cannot fully implement dark mode because core templates and colors are hard-coded
Implementing true dark mode would require template and asset customization
If dark mode is a requirement for your project, it can only be achieved through custom development
How can I select grocery template?
There is no separate grocery template. Those are just demos to show how the system can be configured. You can change the header and banner layouts from the admin panel to achieve the grocery-style look.
There is an issue, when the product is downloadable WHY need to select shipping method? This doesnt make sense. Please FIX IT.

Hi, I’m facing a recurring license validation issue. When I set the timezone to Europe/Istanbul (via .env / config/app.php), the product immediately shows: “The system detects that you are trying to activate the product on an unauthorized domain or IP.” Timezone should not affect domain/IP validation, so it looks like the license check is coupled with local time handling or request/server variables in a fragile way (possibly cache/proxy related or date comparison not using UTC).
Environment: Laravel, PHP 8.1, shared hosting + (Cloudflare/proxy if applicable). Repro steps:
Works normally before timezone change
Set APP_TIMEZONE=Europe/Istanbul and config(‘app.timezone’) accordingly
Clear caches (php artisan optimize:clear)
License error occurs instantly
Could you please provide a fix so license validation is timezone-independent (use UTC internally) and/or allow self-service domain/IP reset? I frequently have to wait days for manual activation, which blocks production deployments. Thanks.

Yes, we are actively collecting feature requests, and gateways with high demand will be added in future updates. However, integrating specific regional payment gateways like Midtrans or Xendit would require a paid customization.

Testing out your demo on mobile and I noticed I couldn’t scroll. It automatically open product page while trying to scroll. It happened all the times I try to scroll down.

I found this must be fix next update. that you admin set manual payment like Bank Trafer or Mobile ..etc any manual. then must the buyer / user get field to enter his “Transaction ID” so the admin see the Transaction ID like other scripts.

Regarding the manual payment method fields, currently in the demo admin panel, we haven’t added any field for buyers to enter a Transaction ID. This is why you didn’t see it during your testing.

I keep checking the demo and I can’t see how to put featured products in the home. It’s important to know if this is possible before buying, since I don’t see the option.
To display featured products or any specific product collection on the home page, please follow these steps carefully:
Go to your Admin Panel.
Navigate to Store Front Settings → Frontend Contents → Product Collections.
Create a new collection by selecting the products you want to feature (for example, Featured Products, Best Sellers, or New Arrivals).
After saving the collection, look at the top of the Product Collections page — you’ll find a link labeled “Home Page Sections.” Click on it.
On the Home Page Sections page, you’ll see all available sections on the right side (including your newly created collection).
Simply drag your created collection from the right side to the left side (active sections area) to display it on the homepage.
Finally, click “Update Now” to save the layout.
✅ Done! Your selected product collection will now appear on the home page.

As a final detail that I can’t see in the demo, it’s how to configure the search filters.
There’s no separate configuration option for the search filters. The search system automatically works based on product data — users can search by any keyword (like product name, or description), and matching results will be displayed. Additionally, users can browse products by category for easier navigation.
I mean, when you enter the category, on the left, there are some filters, by price, memory, etc.
You don’t need to configure anything extra for this.
Why am I not finding the other electronics and grocery frontend theme in the codebase? Where can I find it?
The other electronics and grocery frontend themes are included only for demo purposes. They are meant to showcase the flexibility of the script and how the frontend can be customized. They are not part of the default codebase for production use.

We are reporting a critical failure in the mail sending function of our Laravel framework, which has recently stopped working. Previously, this functionality operated without issues, suggesting that an external change may be the cause.
The problem manifests itself with the following authentication error, which points directly to a failure on the SMTP server:
Symfony\Component\Mailer\Exception\TransportException: Failed to authenticate on SMTP server... got code "535", with message "535 Incorrect authentication data".
Actions Performed
To isolate the problem, we have carried out the following verifications at the application level:
- We confirmed that the email account credentials are correct and function when authenticating directly.
- We cleared the application’s cache (
php artisan config:clear) to ensure the latest configuration is in use. - The application already uses the OAuth protocol for other authentication functions, which indicates that the problem is specific to the mail transport.
Support Request
The 535 error indicates that the connection from our server to the mail server is established successfully, but authentication is rejected. This leads us to believe that the problem is related to the recent deprecation of traditional SMTP authentication methods in favor of a new OAuth 2.0 flow by major mail providers.
We would appreciate your assistance in:
- Confirming if this is a known issue that affects other clients using the same authentication method.
- Providing guidance on the necessary configuration to migrate to the OAuth 2.0 authentication method, as the traditional SMTP credentials are no longer reliable.
- Informing us about the status or timeframe for any solution or patch that is in development to address this problem.

Hi i need your help ASAP!! How do i add the ## Attributes * to the products? I have filled in and set up all the colors and sizes for my products, but it’s grayed out. How can i add it to display to customers?
To enable and use product attributes like size and color:
1. Go to Product Config > Attributes and add your desired attributes (e.g., Size, Color).
2. Then add Values for each attribute (e.g., Small, Medium, Large for Size).
3. Now, go to the Product menu and either Add a new product or Update an existing one.
4. While adding/updating, select the product type as “Variable Product.”
5. Once selected, you will be able to assign attributes and choose their values for that product.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration. The .webp format is not supported by default in the current script. Enabling support for it requires modifying the image validation and upload logic, which is considered a customization under our policy and is therefore a paid service.
However, we plan to include .webp support in the next update. If you prefer not to pay for the customization, you can wait for the upcoming release, where this feature will be available for free.
