your support contact form doesn’t work on your site!
bought and installed video gallery pro, but can’t seem to get it to work. see http://music.gocedar.ca/artists/beech-hill/ – tried it with a youtube video, no luck. also copied a test row you had posted in another support reply, and that doesn’t show either. Help!
Please disable CSS animation things on the settings. If it’s not work please let us know your info to info @ themeofwp.com with your admin credentials we’ll quickly resolve your issue.

I purchased Video Gallery Pro Addon for WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) – CodeCanyon Item for Sale and the templates are showing blank when I click on published and view it on the font end. Also all of the video references are stripped from the templates in WPBakery Page Builder.
Please advise!

Means the first video will be there at the top with the gallery at the bottom. Can it be set auto play on and off too?

Unfortunately, your plugin does not work very well. When I insert the code of a Facebook video, it does not show any thumbnail (as in your demo). When clicked, there is a video, but no vignette in the gallery.
Since I only want to put the link to Facebook videos, this is a big problem for me.
How to make it work?

Hey there I think Facebook changed something on their side. We’ll be fix it as soon as possible. With the next update you’ll be get fixed Facebook thumbnails.

Unfortunately, I think your plugin is really not compatible with Facebook, since when the video is playing, there is no sound, unlike Youtube and others.
Can you import sample template feom included templates or can you check our demo for the sound. Also we will check it.
On our demo Facebook have sound. Can you check your videos and computer sound ?
I think I know where the problem comes from, I think the sound of Facebook video is disabled.
How do I increase the height of the video to see it fully to have access to the playback options ?

Hey there! thanks for your purchase. I’m sorry about that, maybe security does not allowed to you. What’s your issue with the plugin? As far as I saw it’s working properly.
One of the video going second line? right?
Yes. There are 2 issues. #1 Some thumbnails are not displaying. #2 There is a single video on a row instead of 4 videos.
You can check videos permissions for #1 and you can use little less subtitle for videos and please set less line height
The video, when clicked relinks to my home page and no video comes up.

I terribly liked the search interface that works great But I have a channel of over 1200 YouTube videos. Is there a way that it will import all the videos so that the user will see the videos by search results? Can it work?
Or do you have no choice and have to do it manually one by one?
Hey there, thanks for your interest. To be honest we didn’t test it by a large amount of videos but it should work with search functionality. We’ll create a page with large amount videos and we’ll let you know the URL.
Currently there is no way to import videos to Visual Composer. At this time you need to add them manually.
