Have used the plugin here: https://chi-heilung.de/drei-tages-seminar-in-der-schweiz/Is it possible that the Orbis Background is displayed over the whole page and not only over the top area (Image) ?

Hey, Sure!
You should have a Visual Composers’ element. Just add it to your VC Row and it will work without any other configuration.
