Hello, We just bought Uplayer and it looks really nice but we have some problems.
When we add the player on one page, whether we use it to show a single video or video with a playlist, everything is perfect. When we put the player on another page whether we use it to show a single video or video with a playlist, the player disappears on both pages. Also sometimes the “Add player” button on a page doesn’t work. Can you assist with solving these issues, please?

I can see that the player supports “Play on scroll” which i assume is that it autoplays the video when the video is in view. In this process can i control wether the video starts playing with sound or muted?

Email sent. Please also add documentation along with the plugin. It will be easier for the buyers and they won’t bother you with emails. 
Bug report: Found that when the plug in is installed and activated that you can no longer access the “text” tab in the page editor. hummmmm….. problems are stacking up fast and furious.
There wasn’t documentation, the author has a 3 day turn around on support requests, the item was not able to be added to the page via the button that is displayed on the backend editor, and it’s activation caused may key system in WP to break or become hidden. In other words its trash, and this is would be lost in the sea of free plug-ins so the idea that this is a paid product on Envato hurts the marketplaces credibility. And for god sake don’t make this worse bay posting some petulant response to this post, it’s time to do more work on this plug-in before offering it as a paid product.

This Author declined my request for refund. Users should be advised of my experience. When installing this plug-in my WPBakery Buttons were no longer accessible. The text button for writing direct code in the “edit page” menu was no longer working. And as sited above the button that initiates the installation of the Uplayer never worked (Tested on two healthy WP website).
I can’t really thing of a more perfect indictment then the post above, So you can see how this author handles feed back from his clients. Mmetrodw I am going to be disputing your decline of my refund by providing a video reference of your product not working and will be seeking to have you authors license revoked in all Envato market places.

Downloaded it and found no documentation, so I’m kind of pawing in the dark on how to use it. When to my Add Uplayer button on my page editor and and pressing the button and nothing is being added to my page. I need help, I’ve also written you directly asking for help as well.

I’ve bought your plugin right now and I found a bug.
When the UPlayer loads, the keyboard scroll is blocked.
The volume control is changed when I try to scroll de page. Because of that, I’m just able to scroll the page throw the scrollbar. Could you fix it please?
