Hello if possible to use for the sale of automobile spare parts?

it is specified for mobile repair shop operations. however, it has POS, if you just need to use your automobile spare parts you can you use it.

Where is the inventory stock and warehouse stock report? How do I update inventory through purchases from suppliers???

How are repair orders liquidated??? I mean how do I add the complementary payment in case it has an advance payment?

I have a few questions: 1) Does it include unobfuscated source code to make modifications myself? 2) Can customers be linked to orders? 3) Can customers have a phone number and a physical address? 4) Can I perform a batch update on the stock by uploading a CSV/XLS file?

Thank you for your appreciation. 1- you can not modify it. 2-customer’s information will be saved along with each other. No dedicated customer section. 3- yes, you can collect the customer’s phone, email, and name,(as above ).but address details. 4- no you can not batch-update stocks.

Hi this system looks very promising and well structured. Here’s my feedback.

-Internal Notes – Per Job, internal notes to be left by the technician. These are internal operation notes which should not be communicated with the customer, such as details regarding items being ordered from suppliers, steps in the progress of the job, or perhaps mistakes made by technicians and investigation notes for botched jobs.

-Order Types – I can see there’s the ability to have custom orders and repair orders, but I can’t quite tell whether a repair order is a type of item or if it is a type of order. It would make sense that if it were a type of order, I would be able to add other items to it, but I cannot see how this can be done. There should be clear distinction between standard item orders and repair orders, but there should be no limitation on either.

-SMS – As per the previous comment, the ability to send SMS through a gateway would be a godsend for this product.

-10 orders per page is not enough. – In my repair shop, I regularly have at least 30 computers in at any time. Every Monday I will take note of all the order numbers of systems I have physically on hand, and compare against the order list to check in case I’ve forgotten to mark any orders as complete. Removing pagination on all order pages will greatly improve the experience.

-Separation of Customers (or members) vs Users – People who purchase, vs users who work in the company. Separate permission sets for both sides. If someone who works for the company wishes to make a purchase, we can just make a separate member account for them.

-Label Print Feature – These are great, well done for including this.the ability to produce large labels would also be very helpful for warehouse stock management. Large labels for standard 104×150mm postage label printers can make it easier to see items from a long distance, organizational boxes which are full of small items such as batteries.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to create an order under a customer’s account. Am I getting this wrong? These orders can have names and customer details applied to them, but they don’t belong to a customer’s user account.

When booking a repair why is there no fields to add the email or physical address of the customer, or am I missing something. Also, does the customer get emails when we update the progress of repairs etc.
