No customer support. Reached out with no replies. Several issues. Buyer beware.

I am very satisfied, both with the quality of the wordpress radio player plugin and with the way it is made and designed. Also, the customer support is at a highest level, he answers all within a few minutes - he even helped me with things that are not directly related to his product. Thank you very much and I highly recommend.

Support doesn't exist. At this point, it is just a stupid joke.

Player is good but will not work with Icecast or Shoutcast for some reason we could not get it to connect after nearly 2 weeks. Also auto width to full screen will not work on Chrome or Firefox. It would be also nice if the setting would allow you to keep the window opened in full which shows the author, image, song on the page when loads. You have to click on the menu to open it in full screen. Good Job and great communication with author!
