Support for Ultimate City Guide App Template

I receive this error: ‘No Internet Detected. Please turn on your Wifi’

This can be because of 2 things:

The admin page is not set up correctly. So, make sure you set it up before configuring the app.
The Server url in configurations.java is not correct. Make sure you have the ’/’ at the end of the server url

I receive a similar error: SQLSTATE Unknown MySQL server host ’<YOUR_HOST>’

You have not configured the config.ini file at all.
The database credentials are incorrect
You forgot to remove the < >

Received this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function password_verify()

You are using a php version older than php5.5

No icons are shown. Instead they are shown like this {faw-star}

This issue is because the package name was renamed, but the package name in build.gradle was remained unchanged. To solve, just change the package name in build.gradle.

The Map is not working

Make sure that the Google Map is activated for both Javascript and Android App. You can get an Android-activated key directly here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/android-api/

The Admin panel login screen is not showing

Make sure you copied the .htaccess file to your server. This file is hidden by default on windows. You can change this from the windows folder options.

My Reviews & Ratings pages are blank

This problem normally occurs when the template is installed in a subfolder eg: domain.com/subfolder. The template can only be hosted on the main domain or a subdomain. eg: subdomain.domain.com

Error Similar to: SQLSTATE28000 Access denied for user ‘user’@’localhost’ (using password: YES)

This error shows because of the following reasons:

The database user does not have the required permissions to access the database.
The database credentials (username/password) are incorrect
