Absolutely amazing work! – One quick question prior to purchasing – Do you know of any possible way for this to be successfully used in Shopify (with either pages or products)? Already planning to license the Wordpress version for one of our websites, but I will definitely be licensing this version also (or whichever one is compatible) if Shopify integration is possible. You can do this un the lightbox using an iframe but not inside the thumbnails.

I’m using Oxygen Builder to build my site. I tried inserting the shortcode and it did not work. You can see it in the “Our Work” section of this page: https://new.getsocialfire.com/. When I inspect the element in developer mode in chrome, it looks like the carousel is there but not displayed. I don’t believe its a problem with Oxygen Builder because I’ve tested shortcodes from 4 other plugins and they work flawlessly. Please take a look and tell me why this is happening. Alternatively, is there a way to replace the shortcode with PHP code if the shortcode is [fwdu3dcar preset_id=”Our Work” playlist_id=”Our Work”]? Thank you!

I don’t see the carousel in the page also you have a lot of errors from other scripts in your page just open the console,this errors might also affect the carousel code…

I am having some trouble uploading the plugin I purchased. My purchase code is 6d7885c2-a152-4387-9631-1d8db522ade5
I purchased this plugin for use within WordPress. However, I am unable to upload the plugin. I only purchased this because the images all over the plugin page on Envato clearly show “WordPress Plugin.” I sent an email with attached photos and video. I opened up the zip file and noticed there was no PHP code, a dead giveaway. I then went to your portfolio and noticed a 3D Carousel with WordPress in the title. This experience was obviously extremely confusing, and led to me purchasing the wrong plugin.
Would you please send me a copy of the proper WordPress version of the plugin? I have a project I need to finish ASAP, and this of course set my timeline back some. Thank you in advance.

I am sorry but mistake purchases are not refunded anymore, it was extremely abused last year and I had problems with both authors and support because of this, so I decided not to approve them anymore to avoid this.

I’m aware that it is a very good plugin, but mistake purchases are not an abuse at all when you make it UNCLEAR as to what someone is purchasing. Your plugin artwork literally say WORDPRESS on a plugin that isn’t WordPress. This, unfortunately, is YOUR fault. You need to update the photos on the plugin page. I have emailed you separately with proof of this. I need this fixed immediately please. I have a project being held, and I am not going to purchase another plugin and waste money. I have ZERO use of the javascript version.
This clearly has been an issue before. You should update the photos to avoid confusion.
