1. This package includes driver and user app for iOS and Android and also admin panel?
2. What functions do we need to add to make it 100% like uber?

01: Does your app have the option for the passenger to pay in another ride? Example: if the passenger does not pay, he will pay on the next ride, the driver puts the option passenger did not pay, and will only be able to call another ride if he pays via card or deposits an amount to be deducted.
02: The option for the driver to state that he received a part of the money, not the total amount. Example: the ride was $10 and the passenger paid $7 to the driver, if there is an option for the driver to add $3 and that amount $3 will remain as a debit balance for the passenger to pay on the next ride or after even if he does not call another ride.
03: Change to give to the passenger, if the driver does not have the change in cash to give to the passenger, he can put it as a balance in the passenger’s wallet to use in the next ride.
If you don’t have these options, you can add, am I interested in buying with these options?
Before I buy I have few Questions about your script.
1. can you give high level technical design…app, front end and backend services, including databases? 2. How is app deploy managed? How long do you provide ongoing support? 3. How is data access audited? 4. How is user security setup and managed? 5. How are logs monitored? 6. What mechanisms to prevent hacking (outside SSL) 7. What is the response SLA from the driver and passenger apps? 8. Where are drivers background checks performed and stored? 9. How do you ensure drivers don’t cheat on app? Pickup ride and immediately stop the ride and make them pay them directly.

1. There are documents explaining everything about Trippy Taxi, but they are not in the HLD Document format. 2. It is dependent on your desktop configuration, once you have followed the documentation and met all deployment criteria. It only takes three steps to deploy your initial build, and for the backend, upload and unzip the backend zip file. 3. The Data Access Audit logs are not presently available in the Trippy Taxi but may be found in Cabzoy Pro’s Report area. 4. Firebase auth manages user authentication, and user role management is at the Intermediate level. Cabzoy Pro also includes Group Role Management, User Permissions Management, and JWT Authentication with Audit Logs. 5. Log monitoring is not yet provided for the Trippy Taxi; however, you may check out the Cabzoy Pro. 6. The Trippy Taxi has Intermediate Level Protection, but if you want more stability and security, Cabzoy Pro is the way to go. SQL Injection prevention, input protection and validation, XSS attack protection, limited file upload, and many more types of protection are provided. 7. The SLA response time is 1-3 seconds if the user does not “force stop” the application. To share the Orders, we use Firebase In-App Messaging. 8. Background checks or needed document verification is performed manually by the admin and recorded in the driver’s database (which may be viewed in the driver profile). 9. There is now an OTP Verification process in the app to validate the ride; if the user books a ride from Point A to Point B and the driver cancels the vehicle after OTP verification, the user must pay for the full ride. It is simple to test yourself and gain a better understanding.

Your script is one of the best in codecanyon, however when I tested it I realized that it lacks some important functions to make it better, for example: playing sound in the race request for the driver app, the request appears, but the system does not emit sound. Also the possibility of canceling the ride by the driver, cancellation fee for no-show of the user, and some other important details. These functions are possible with customization, activating in the admin panel or another way
