thanks for buying and getting in touch. If you open the folder ‘setup’ you will find the file ‘config.php’ in it. Open it in you Editor and you see the var $TYPE the value of the var is set to the status types in the folder ‘types’. The Default value is set to ‘Issues’ so you open the subfolder ‘types/Issues’ and find the files ‘status.txt’ (that contains the OPTION Tags for the select-box) and ‘status.php’ (that contains the color names). But make sure that you write the status names in each file identically and don’t use outer color-names that are already given because that are CSS classnames that must be declared in the corresponding CSS file.
And, yes, you can activate the multiuser mode in the config, take a look at the documentation;-) cheers

Pagination is not needed for this script, so there is no need the setup any “next page after x issues” var.
