I’m experiencing an issue. What should I do?
1. The first thing you can try is deactivating all your 3rd party plugins. There may be compatibility issues between the plugins (especially between 3rd party Elementor addons). You can activate the plugins one by one to find the problematic one.
2. Activate any other theme and try again. The plugin may not be compatible with your theme.
3. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin (you can find the update history at the bottom of the item description page)
