First off, thank you so much for a most excellent news ticker, problem is, when I was testing my new site using a html page, when I uploaded my new site using php extension, now the page is online, the news ticker does not work, this is the page in question, for some reason, it no longer works, please can you advise?

I purchased your ticker tonight and installed the code in the head, then the files in the assets folder, sub folder js and sub folder css. The ticker displays correctly but only shows the first ‘news’ entry. I email your support email tivatheme@gmail.com for assistance. The shortcode element looks great, just need it to show all the html ‘news’

No, it only display the text from left which fit the width of container.

Hi Keith. This is javascript version (not wordpress version), so you can’t install for wordpress. You need investigate feature of product on description or documentation.

We have checked your source code. Could you try to put our plugin’s js file below your website’s js files (see: https://gyazo.com/a2487b3bf5309ff562d2ce68872451e4 ). And your website has already jquery, so don’t need include scripts/tiva_js/jquery.min.js (only include 2 files: owl.carousel.js and shortcode.js).

You can detach the javascript and css from the sample page . All the shortcode.css and shortcode.js and selling various products including would be affected. I would recommend only include HTML code and displays it on the side make it through a gif . I mention it as a developer.
