I’m encountering an issue while deploying “The Smart Queue” application to my hosting environment. I have a valid Item Purchase Code, which was previously used for deployment on a testing domain. However, it was never used in a live or production environment.
When I attempt to apply the Item Purchase Code, I receive a message stating that the code has already been used on another domain — which refers to the earlier testing deployment.
Could you kindly assist in resolving this issue? I would like to activate the application on the correct domain.

Hello. We need change our script server from our subdomain 1.domain.com to another subdomain 2.domain.com – please describe how change it in license. In another scripts from Codecanyon during New installations you can change domain or subdomain using my Purchased code. In your script I dont see this option. How can realize this? Sorry the license only for 1 domain or sub domain.
Yes. I know that for 1 domain or sub domain. We need change this subdomain. we will use only for 1 subdomain. But technically now need change name of this subdomain. We will not use it with more than 1 domain or subdomain. It was test-demo subdomain. Now need official work.
A message will appear, and you will be allowed to re-enter your domain.

Can the number of queues that can be booked per day be limited in this service? For example, if a queue limit of 30 people per day is set, I would like users trying to make the 31st reservation to receive a message indicating that reservations are limited to 30 people per day and that their reservation is not possible. The current version allows unlimited queue, which is a limitation on usage.

I know about official info. But some sellers add description about Extense license That unlimited installation. So this mean that can sale your product. So, question to you if I can sell your product, so I can install at unlimited servers?
1 domain, 1 license. If you buy 1 license from Codecanyon you can only install 1 domain.

notifications about queue status does not work.
It only works when you use the branches or departments that come by default in the demo.
When we create a new branch and assign a new department and create an appointment, the notifications do not work.
What do we do in this case?
The system does not send shift reminders, when we add a new department or new branch it does not work, there is no email notification, the notification only arrives when the token has been created.
I have weeks waiting for you to resolve this issue, please answer my question or help resolve the error.
You should also include this functionality in the next update please, it would be something very important in the system
The problem is not in the system, if you see the demo running well, but where you are not, that’s because of your SMTP settings, or your server, please contact your server service provider. Thank You
Nothing to do with my server and it has to do with your system because when I leave all the branches that come by default everything works fine but when I add a new branch or department it stops working

Please test, select Branch CE GO, then IT Dep for department, fill in your email and the email will go to your incoming contact as in this picture,

What I understand is correct on your part is to help debug the problem and see why it is not working for me.
No, the important thing is that if the demo runs fine, that means your server or configuration has a problem. Please look at the debug file in the public folder or in the root folder.
