Here’s how it works: - When a customer initiates a chat via the widget on your website, they are redirected to Telegram to continue the conversation. - The support team can respond directly within Telegram (via the Telegram app, desktop, or web).
The conversation happens entirely on Telegram after the initial redirection, so the customer does not remain on the website while chatting. This ensures a seamless communication flow on Telegram’s platform.
