Hi, I just bought your plugin, so far it is very nice. How ever, there is one thing that does not work for me: I would like to use the flip-style but have the short bio on the back of the image. Also my short bios are longer than 147 letters, I would need around 400. Any way I can fix this myself?

Hi, other problem! My name, designation, email, telepphone and website texts are not aligning to CENTER both in frontend and pop-up. Why? Text-alignment remains center under General Settings. Secondly why is the picture recommended size? For all members picture to be of the same size.

Hi, i have a question about the responsive layout. Is there a way to set a Max Width to each tile? (for instance, style 7) having the tile be a max of 200px, and not stretching to fill up 50% when two tiles etc…

In the Shortcode setting page where it says, Order By Select Team member order by author, post date, title, modified, or random.
seems whichever i select it displays the same order.

Hi, We just check our plugin it works maybe something wrong in your site but don’t worry another option available to short team member by drag & drop.
You need to install a popular third party (Simple Custom Post Order) order plugin and need a simple configured. then go to your team member list and drag & drop your team items up or down.

I was able to install it successfully. But I can’t get the team members to show on the page. I put the short code on the page as well.
Hi, First, you need to publish your team member under a category. then go to your shortcode page and select which category you want to display. if you don’t select any categories it not display anything.

We check your URL everything is works fine here. can you please explain which browser you tested it, also we can’t find any team shortcode in this section , you use visual composer hover box to create this team section. if you send us a screenshot it better for us to fix this quickly.

We are working with Style 8 as we like the concept of being able to click anywhere in the image to bring up the pop up window?

Just checking in…Okay I selected 4 column in the settings, but only 3 images show up across…I tried playing with the height sizing but that doesn’t seem do to anything to the images. Any way I can force the images 4 across without distorting the images too badly?
